The ALSBOM Office of Sunday School & Discipleship exists to Encourage and Equip Disciples of Jesus to Connect people to Christ, Community, and the Commission. We seek to do this through Conferences (virtual, live, and hybrid), Conversations, and Connections with Church and Association Leadership.

Conferences: Church leaders may participate in equipping workshops led by practitioners and experts in their field of ministry. Beyond the in-room presentations and interaction, Conference Leaders and State Missionaries will be available to engage in conversations to answer specific questions and recommend resources that will equip you to equip others to be and make disciples of Jesus. Conversations: Church leaders are encouraged to engage in formal and informal conversations focused on professional questions and personal needs. New this year are designated areas across the campus for strategic conversations. We are calling these Conversation Outposts. Outposts will be manned by Conference Leadership, State and Associational Missionaries, and Pastors to answer questions related specifically to your church family. These leaders are also available to confidentially listen and pray with you concerning your personal and family needs. Connections: Throughout the conference everyone is encouraged to make connections for continued growth, development, and networking beyond the conference gathering. Let’s all take advantage of opportunities to be and make disciples by helping others connect to Christ, Community, and the Commission.
