Up to 2005, most areas designated to be offices were available either in former commercial premises, modified, or in apartments

that have changed their destination.

Thus, the apartments generally located on the ground floor of buildings containing condominiums, bordering the streets with traffic, have been

changed into office spaces with various destinations.

2006 brought the first class office building, Maestro Business Center, offering 10000 sqm. It became a landmark on the office spaces market from

Cluj-Napoca by offering A Class standards and facilities.

2012 brings us four new projects.

Three of them A Class, semicentral (22000 sqm, 14000 sqm, 15000 sqm) and one B Class, central (1400 sqm).

The delivery is estimated for late 2013.
