WEEKLY THEMES

All required documentation by licensing must beturned before you can register. This is the list of

required paperwork: Birth certificate, Immunizationrecords, Physican's report, Personal and Parental

Rights. Campers won't be able to start oursummer camp unless all paperwork has been

turned in.

Drop Off Drop-off your child(ren) in room (C-2-classroom). Please park in front of theclassroom and walk your child in.

Pick upHalf-Day: Please park in front of C-2, stay inyour car and a teacher will bringyour child(ren) to you.Full-Day:Please park in front of theclassroom and walk in and pick upyour child(ren).

Late Fee:A late fee of $2 per minture (per

child) will be applied and collectedat the time of pick-up. (Half-Day

pick up is from 11:45-12:00 pm andFull-Day pick up is before 5:30pm)

Parents need to sign in and out theirchild(ren) everyday at drop-off and

pick-up times. Also they need to putthe time that they drop-off and pick-up

their child(ren) and add a fullsignature.

What to wearPlease dress your child withcomfortable clothes, weatherappreciate. Make sure that alltheir items are labeled, includingtheir clothes items, backpacks,and lunch boxes. Bring a labeled Ziploc bag withyour child's emergency clothes incase he/she needs to change .Please make sure that you childwears closed toe shoes, nosandals or flip flops.Reusable water bottle

Snack & LunchOur campus is PEANUT-FREE. Nofood items with peanuts are allowed.We provide a morning snackOnly FULL day campers will need tobring a lunch and afternoon snack.No Candy or s

Nap & Quiet TimeFull day campers can bring their

own blanket. Please make sure tolabel you child's blanket.

SunscreenIf you want us to apply sunscreen to yourchild, please fill out the ACS Sunscreen

Permission Slip, and send your sunscreenin a Ziploc bag with the permission slip.
