SIGNATUREHow to set up your automated signature line in Office 365 Outlook Email

Open any Internet Browser and type the Office 365 Portal URL in the address bar
http://portal.microsoftonline.com
Type your new email
address for the
username:
Then type your Webtop
password
Then click the “Sign In”
button
Click on the “Outlook” button
Click the “Settings” gear button
Click on “Options”
Click on “Settings”
#1. Create your email signature here
#2. Check box to Automatically include your
email signature on all messages you send
#3. Click the “Save” button when done
After you have saved your signature line, click the
“Outlook” button to return back to your Office
365 Outlook email
Click this button to create a
new email
Notice your email signature is
now automatically added to
the new email
