Why…Logical containers are site collections/webs plus one drive folder hierarchy….conceptually arranged in user permission boundaries…So need a different visualization view of all documents that are available as per permission access….based on different criteria's .like…recently viewed, favorites list, Board wise….

Is My Document Safe? Yes, your documents are safe. Delve never changes any permissions. Only you can see your private

documents in Delve. Also, other people can't see your private activities, such as what documents you've read, what

emails you've sent and received, or what Skype for Business conversations you've been in. Other people can see that you've modified a document, but only if they have access to the same document.

Can I turn Off Delve?

Deep dive in to Delve….Who can see my documents? Who can see attachments? Who can see the documents on a board? How can I share my documents with others? How can I keep a document private? My private document has 7 views in Delve – does it mean that 7 people viewed it? Can other people see what documents I’ve viewed?
