Career exposure, exploration and development Vocational program placement Internships (must be in foster care to access the internship program) Certification program placement Employment assistance Resume building and soft skill training The Career Pathways Unit provides career supportive services to youth beginning in the 9th grade and through age 21. . Birth certificate Social security card Photo ID Youth and their team will be invited to an initial meeting to orient all team members to the services that the Career Pathways Unit offers. Submit a completed form with a copy of your: Once the referral is submitted with all of the supporting documents, youth will be assigned to a Career Pathways specialist for career planning to begin.
