of materials necessary for the construction of individual and independent houses reference DSK-54B1. General description

The house type of 54sqm has been designed on a level surface and consists of

n. 2 standard bedrooms n. 1 bathrooms n. 1 living area n.1 dining area

all enclosed under a gable roof2. The offer includes

a. The house is composed of a supporting structure in 10/10 steel formed and shaped depending on thedimensions and needs of the building. It should be sat onto a concrete base (at your expense) and

fixed with tessellation. The steel supplied is distributed in separate packs, each pack provided with a

label that identifies which profiles are enclosed for the assembly of a frame, truss or other. The

grouping of the profiles this way is useful to find a specific component and allows fast assembly and

distribution. Since the whole structure is provided separate, assembly procedures are much easier

b. The infill of the walls will be realized through external cement sheets about 10mm thick and a densityof about kg/sq. 1300, which will be painted with a protective opaque paint

c. Internally a sheet of 12mm plasterboard will cover all surfaces of the framesd. The insulation of the outer walls is provided by a slab of mineral wool placed between the upright

steels of the frames.

e. The roof consists of steel trusses CIPA with monopanel double sheet with insulation thickness 4,0cmf. The window frames are supplied in aluminium with single glass 3+3-9- 4mm thick. The main door is

divided into three sections, the central one with glass and the two side panels with double sheets of
