Stan Johnson Company is pleased to offer for sale to qualified investors, the opportunity to purchase a Strayer University property located at 3421 Olympia Drive, Raleigh, NC 27603 (the “Property”).

The Property totals ± 17,500 square feet on ± 2.95 acres. It is operating under a 10-year base lease term with under 3 years remaining, offering two, 5-year lease option periods.
