Position: 2014.2 OC COMM TM & MKT Recruitment
Report to: OCP TM Recruitment
Hours per week: 10 hours
Duration: 2 months
Job description: this person will be responsible for all the visual
part of the Recruitment, that means different promotional
campaigns (Referrals, BTL, stands, etc). Will also be in charge of
all the virtual and physical advertising, aligned with the national
strategy, to ensure the number of applicants.
Manual of functions:
• Design the virtual advertising.
• Make a physical promotional strategy (in synergy with MKT
Youth).
• Develop a referrals campaign.

Position: 2014.2 OC Applicant Relationship Recruitment
Report to: OCP TM Recruitment
Hours per week: 10 hours
Duration: 2 months
Job description: this person will be responsible for the
relationship with the applicants to member program. This includes
all the follow up and contact to ensure a good conversion rate
applicant-assessment center.
Manual of functions:
• Follow up to national application link.
• Build a database with information from applicants.
• Contact the applicants in less of 24 hours, and date them to
different selection activities.

Report to: OCP TM Recruitment
Hours per week: 10 hours
Duration: 2 months
Job description: this person will be in charge of the logistics in
the different promotional activities of the TM Recruiment.
Manual of functions:
• Search and adapt the spaces in the universities.
• Optimize human and material resources.
• Ensure all the logistics in the stand days, “saloneos” and talks.
