Public Notice
American Towers LLC proposes an increase in height of an existing 330-ft AGL (332.4-ft AGL overall with appurtenanc-es) guyed communica-tions tower to 375-ft AGL
(380-ft AGL overall with appurtenances) associat-ed with the installation of six (6) panel antennas at 375-ft AGL onto the aforementioned tower, lo-cated at 10307 Chicken Creek Road, northwest of the City of Spearfish, SD (Lawrence County Parcel ID #23000-00701-222-11). The proposed modification will involve a change in lighting from dual-red and medium in-tensity lighting type to E2 Avian system lighting type. American Towers LLC seeks comments from all interested persons on any potential significant impact the proposed action could have on the quality of the human environment pursuant to 47 C.F.R. Sec-tion 1.1307, including po-tential impacts to historic or cultural resources that are listed or eligible for listing in the National Reg-ister of Historic Places.
Interested persons may review the project appli-cation pending with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) at www.fcc.gov/asr/appli-cations by entering Form 854 File No A1172232. Interested persons may comment or raise environ-mental impact concerns about the proposed action by filing a Request for Environmental Review with the FCC. The FCC strongly encourages all interested parties to make such filings online, follow-ing the instructions found at www.fcc.gov/asr/envi-ronmentalrequest. Paper filings can be sent to: FCC Requests for Environmen-tal Review, Attn: Ramon Williams, 445 12th Street SW, Washington, DC 20554.
