PROPERTY . FUNDS AND MANAGEMENT
1 Accept and receive any Gift Bequests , Grants. Contrbut!ons and Donations of the
properly either in cash or in any kind . movable or immovable from any person or persons,Firm. Company (including Foreign Companies ), Corporation, Government (State as well asCentral Government). Association, Institution , Trust. Non Resident Indians and Philanthropistfor the furtherance of the objectives of the Trust The Founder Trustees may also take over themanagement of any other charitable or public institutions . trusts, etc on such terms as theythink fit and may manage such institutions, trusts. etc.
2 In pursuance of and furtherance of the objects . the Trust may acquire, purchase, takeon lease and construct property , movable or immovable , which may be necessary for thefulfillment of the aims and objectives of the Trust
3. To approach and make application and seek the financial assistance from the Stateand Central Governments , Nationalised . Commercial & Pnvate Banks , Non ResidentIndians , Companies , Private Individual persons , Agencies of Foreign Countries, etc infurtherance of and to carryout the purpose of the Trust.
4 The Founder Trustees / Board of Trustees may appoint Secretaries . Managers,Lawyers . Solicitors Architects. Engineers , Surveyors and l or other employees as and whenrequired for the purpose of management and supervision of the Trust Estate
5. The Founder Trustees I Board of Trustees shall be at liberty to sell such portion or
portions of the movable or immovable properties forming part of the Trust Estate either inpublic auction or by private contract at such price or prices and in such terms and conditionsrelating to title or otherwise in all respects as they may in their absolute discretion think fit andto rescind or vary any contract for the sale thereof and to resell the same and to execute allconveyances or other assurances and to pass valid and effectual receipts and discharges forall monies received by their provided that the proceeds of such transactions are invested infurtherance of the objectives of the Trust

6. The Founder Trustees / Board of Trustees may pay all the charges and outgoingspayable in respect of any immovable property for the time being forming part of the TrustFund and may carry out repairs required to be done to the same and keep the same insuredagainst loss or damage by fire and / or other nsks and may incur all other costs , charges andexpenses incidental to the administration and management of the Trust Estate and the
properties for the time being belonging to the trust as they may in their absolute discretionthink fit.
7 The Founder Trustees / Board of Trustees may manage or supervise themanagement of any lands & premises for the time being comprised in the Trust Estate or anypart thereof with power to erect , pull down . rebuild and to alter and repair houses and otherbuildings and to build drains and make roads and fences and otherwise to improve &develop and to cultivate or cause to be cultivated all or any of the said lands & premises andto insure houses and buildings against loss or damage by fire and / or other nsks or to let,lease , make allowances to and arrangements with tenants , agriculturists and generally todeal with the said lands & premises as they may deem fit in their absolute discretion
6. The Founder Trustees / Board of Trustees may demise the immovable property orproperties for the time being and from time to time belonging to the trust either from year toyear or for any fixed term or for any term of years or on monthly tenancies at such rent and
subject to such covenants and conditions as they may think proper and also accept.surrender of lease and tenancies and generally manage the same in such manner as theythink proper
9 If the income from the trust property in a particular year is not fully utilized. theun-utilized income subject to the applicable provisions of the Income TaxAct. 1961 _ shall betamed over to the next year or years and spent in such subsequent year or years for the
advancement of any of the objectives of the trust.

INVESTMENT
1 T he Founder Trustees / Board of Trustees may invest the Trust Estate either in the
purchase of immovable properties shares and securities or of mortgage immovableproperties or in such manner as allowed by law as may be in force from time to time andconvert, alter, vary dispose of or transfer such investments from time to time provided thatsuch investments shall not be made which are directly or indirectly for the benefit of anyperson referred to in sub -section (3) of Section 13 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 or anysubsequent amendments as may me made from time to time
BANK ACCOUNT & TRANSACTION OF FUNDS
1 To open and operate Bank Account or Accounts in the name of the Trust borrow orraise funds with crwithout security in any manner as they may think fit and proper
2 The Bank Account orAccounts so opened in the name of the Trust shall be operatedwith the Joni signatures of the the President and Secretary or as decided from time to time.

1 The Founder Trustees / Board of rrustees shah cause true and accurate accounts to
be kept of all moneys received and spent and of all the matters in respect thereof in course ofmanagement of trust properties or in relation to the carrying out of the objectives and purposeof the trust as well as of al the assets . credits and effects of the trust properties

4 The Founder Trustees I Board of Trustees are not entitled for any remuneration butmay reimburse themselves of all expenses properly incurred in implementing the aims andobjectives of the trust and in realization , preservation of and for the benefit of the TrustProperty.
5 In case of resignation , the resigning trustee or trustees shall give one-month notice tothe Board of Trustees and get their approval
POWER OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES:
Without affecting the general t y of powers and functions of the Founder Trustees to
manage and administer the trust, the Board of Trustees shall have the full administrative andfinancial powers . They can form the committees and delegate the powers for the smoothfunctioning of the Trust and its Institutions
I To borrow, if needed against the security of the assets of the trust by way of BankOverdrafts . loan or otherwiso , as may be necessary for the benefit of the Trust and for moreeffectively carrying out the objectives of the trust provided however Founder Trustees shallunanimously agree on such borrowing and limited to the terms of their decision and toauthorize one of the Founder Trustees to execute such documents . deeds, papers . etc. asmay be necessary in connection therewith.
2. To arrange for and / or authorize the signing of execution of any agreement . contract,instrument , document or any other paper or writing required to be signed or executed on
behalf of the trust by any one of the Founder Trustees singly or by all of them or as may be
decided by the Board of Trustees from time to time and to make the same effective andbinding as if the said writing were signed by all the Founder Trustees.
3. To appoint Advisory Committees, Sub-Committees or and / orothers to supervise orconduct specified jobs orfunctions or trust matters in such manner and subject to such rulesand regulations as decided from time to time by the Board of Trustees.

the meetings of the Board of Trustees

its control and its employees

The President may appoint after consulting the other Members of Board of Trustees,one Administrative Officer, as arid when necessary to assist the President Secretary andother Officer Bearers of the Trust He / she shall be in charge of all the administrative workrelated to the Trust and will report to the President.The Administrative Officer ( if appointed ) shall maintain.1) Maintain a Register of the Board of Trustees.
2) Maintain Records Registers and Accounts of the Trust and its Institutions up to date3) Keep the monthly Statement of Accounts of the Trust and its institutions in the Monthlymeetings of the Governing Council.
4) To keep in safe custody all the Accounts of the Trust and keep the Books of Accountsup to date.
5) See that Stock Registers of the various Institutions are maintained property and keptup to date
6) Take precautions and steps to safeguard all moveable and immoveable properties ofthe Trust
7) Supervise and co -ordinate under the directions of the President all the officeadministrative activities of the Trust
8) Attend immediately to the repairs of the Building of the Trust with the knowledge of thePresident of the Trust when it is brought to the notice of the office9) Be the custodian of the Securities . Deeds , Agreements , Receipts . Title Deeds or anyother valuable documents pertaining to the rights and properties of the Trust.

6. If it is found by the Trust that any trustee member is working against the Interest of theTrust

a. Misuse of powers delegated to head the particular branch or organization of the Trust
b. Do an act of mis-appropriation of fund of Trust and failure to tender the accounts
towards collection of fund raised or collected in the name of the Trust
c Enter into an Agreement or Contract with third party /agency and receive funds in thename of the Trust without rendering accounts for the same to the Trust

In case of Expulsion of Trustee on the above mentioned grounds except those caused bydeath , resignation or withdrawal . due notice and proper hearing opportunity shall be given tosuch Trustee to show cause as to why he should not be so expelled . AND towards this end aDisciplinary Committee shall be formed that shall be entrusted with the power to hold anEnquiry and submit Reports to the Board of Trustees
Al no time shall the Disciplinary Committee consist of any member whose is facing
the Disciplinary action for allegations mentioned above and whose status as a trustee theCommitter. ,s considering.
MEETINGS ( INCLUDES E -MEETINGS):
1. AN the Meetings of the Trust shall be presided over by the President of the Trust.2 Board of Trustees shah meet once in a Month
3 The Annual General Body Meeting of the Trust shall be held every year after giving aSeven days notice.
4. In case of emergency , an Extraordinary General Meeting shall be held after givingThree days notice
5 A minimum quorum of three fourth of the Founder Trustees / Members is required forconducting a meeting and passing resolution

Every question or Resolution coming before the Trust shall be decided by the maiontyof the trustees present and by voting on the issue In case of equality of votes, the Presidentshall have a casting vote . At all the meetings of the Board of Trustees , three fourth of the Members shallconstitute a quorum for th e tran saction of business and the acts of the Trustees present at ameeting at which quorum is present shall be the acts of the Body . If, at any meeting of theBody there be less than a quorum present , the majority of those present may adjourn themeeting from time to time At any such adjourned meeting , any business , which might havebeen transacted at the meeting as originally called , may be transacted without further notice,and provided there is quorum present.
At all other meetings three fourth of the Founder Trustees shall constitute a quorum
GENERAL:

That if any Association or Trust or Institution at anytime here - in -after offers to aid oramalgamate or merge with the Trust whether by transfer of any immoveable or moveableproperty or of Government or other Securities or payment of cash in aid , it shall be lawful forthe Board to accept the same upon such terms and conditions not inconsistent with any of theobjects of the Trust as the Trust may determine.
8. The Trust shall grant affiliation to any Association or Trust interested in gettingaffiliated or associated with the Trust and the affiliation fees stipulated by the Trust from timeto time and such affiliated institution shall receive guidance in its activities and solutions to itsproblems
9. The Trust shall associate with the ntemabonal Agencies working for the cause of peace .Friendship and Co -operation and Development of less privileged people, receive aid orfinancial assistance from such international agencies provided that such aid or financial
assistance is permitted by the Government of India or any other Competent Authority
10. The Trust may raise or borrow money required for the purpose of carrying out anyrepairs to the immoveable property for time being and from time to time belonging to Trustupon Mortgage or Pledge of the Trust properties or any part there of with or without anysecurity and at such rate of interest and on such terms as to the repayment or otherwise theTrust deems fit
11 That every Trustee shall indemnify the Trust for any loss caused to it by his or her willful
negligence or misrepresentation
12 It shall be the duty of every Trustee to arrange for the collection of funds for the benefitof the Trust collectively or individually as de cided by the President or its Committeeconstituted by the order of the President
13 The Managing Trustee shall honour all lawful agreements and deeds made by theGoverning Counal with the Government or any other agency . All the properties and funds ofthe Trust shall belong to the Trust collectively and not individually

Page -22-14 To take every necessary legal step in the interest of the Trust. In case of emergencythe President shall take suitable legal act ion in the interest of the Trust.
15 The Trust form shall be irrevocable and it shall be revoked as per the provisions of theIndian Trust Act, 1882.
16. The Trust is governed by the provisions of the Indian Trust Act, 1882 in the matter of Itscreation functioning and administration of its institutions and its other affiliated i nstitut ions.1 7 The Trust funds shall be invested in the modes specified under the provisions ofSection 13 ( 1) (d) read with Section 11 ( 5) Income Tax Act, 1961 and in such manner that itsincome will be exempt under the income Tax Act, 1961
