TICKET DEADLINE: MONDAY, OCTOBER 26 We must give a final meal count to the Best Western/CdA Inn on Tuesday, October 27th – so all tickets must be pur-chased by Monday, October 26. PLEASE don’t wait until the last minute. Tickets are available at the church office. Or, you can mail in the order form from the ICA newsletter you received recently. We will email your receipt. THANK YOU to all ICC parishioners who donated so gen-erously for our Auction and who sponsored all our priests!! INVITATION TO ‘CHECK-IN’ We are offering an ad-vance check-in process. Next week, an email will be sent to all who gave their email addresses when purchasing tickets. This email will invite you to 'check-in' either from your com-puter or mobile phone. Once you "check in" giving your credit card number which will be vaulted, you will get a con-firmation with a bid number. When you arrive at the Auc-tion, we will have your program book waiting for you with your bid number on it! PAYMENTS We can take VISA, MC or Discover credit cards. We will not accept American Express. We also take cash or checks. NEED A RIDE HOME? The Exsurge volunteers will drive anyone home from the Auction (within a reasonable dis-tance) so that people can drink and relax. Arrangements can be made that evening. AUCTION NIGHT Men attending should drive trucks to take home big items they might buy that night. We need to empty the room of ALL items. WHAT’S AVAILABLE AT THE AUCTION?? Scrip Announcement There will be no Scrip sales on Sunday, October 25. Please stop by the church office to make any scrip purchases.

All Saints Party Sunday, Nov 1, 1 pm - 4 pm. Come dressed as your favorite Saint, play GAMES, win PRIZES, and have FUN! For Children wish-ing to enter the "Knowledge" or "Original Saint" Contest, judging will start at 1:15 for ages 5-7, 8-9, 10+. Monetary donations (give to the Church office) to purchase candy and prizes, candy donations (put in the box in the vestibule), or some of your TIME (call Tim-othy or Melissa @ 509-226-2872) will help make this year’s party a success.

PLENARY INDULGENCES FOR THE POOR SOULS

From November 1 to 8: visit to a ceme-tery with mental prayer for the poor souls.

On November 2: visit to a church or an oratory with one Our Father and one Creed being recited.

A partial indulgence can be obtained any time by visiting a cemetery and praying for the Poor Souls. The following prayer is especially recommended: Réquiem ae-térnam dona eis, Dómine, et lux perpétua lúceat eis. Requiéscant in pace. Amen. Eternal rest grant to them, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon them. May the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.
