MD Series Frieze Machines

The machine is designed for the heat setting of straight and texturised carpet yarn. The machine is heat setting in a continuousway, polyamid, polyester or other synthetic yarns, as well as spun yarns.

Carpet yarn heat set machine has been developed and designed within the scope of the Project of TBTAK R&D. Now, it hasbeen served to carpet yarn producers.Frize Heat set machine can run with 2 channel and 24,30 or 36 ends per channel orup to 48,60 or 72 ends per machine.

Carpet yarn Frize Heat-set machine is used for the continuous friezing and heat setting of twisted yarns. This process takesplace in the climate chamber under atmospheric pressure by superheated steam. Cake Winding Machines

After suibtable HighBulk process, the yarns are then feed to cake winding machine to remove the excessive heat and humidityon them. It is generally proposed that accumulated yarn in form of coiled cakes should be relaxed prior to any other processsuch as to form hank, ball etc. Otherwise yarn dimension and form will be deformed and quality will be lowered. To owercomethis problem, AD series CAKE WINDER machines are developed and presented. Synchronzation of the AD series Machine withour UD series High-Bulk Machine is ensured by photoelectric cells over UD series steaming conveyor belts.

UD Series High-Bulk Machines

The UD series uses open ended steam as a heater of steam chamber. It is specially designed for the enterprises which already

have a steam generator (steam boiler). The lenght of the steaming chamber is for UD 15xx series 1500mm and by UD 25xxseries 2500mm long.The High-Bulk machine can run with min. 4 max. 20 channels, depending on machine types. Everywinder and conveyor works independent from each other. This means that more than one type of yarns in single machine canbe processed.

UD serisi makinelerimiz serpantinli olup, Kazan stlmas serbest buhar ve/veya serpantinle yaplmaktadr. Bu makinelerimizbuhar nitesi olan iletmeler tarafndan kullanlmas iin zel olarak tasarlanmtr.
