簡介

智「惜」用電計劃自二零零三年起，每年透過多項有趣又富教育

意義的活動，鼓勵年青一代及公眾人士培養良好的用電習慣，

每年均有數以萬計人士參加。

計劃近年以「綠得開心」為主題，強調實踐環保生活其實是很開

心的事情。為加强針對年青一代，計劃亦透過新媒體宣揚訊

息，並與不同團體合作，包括教育局商校合作計劃、香港青年

協會賽馬會M21媒體空間、地球之友、長春社等機構共同策

劃，舉辦工作坊、培訓課程及其他學習經歷的活動，鼓勵學生

在校園及社區推廣及實踐環保。

內容

「綠得開心學校」標誌計劃

計劃歡迎全港中小學加入，成為「綠得開心學校」，並透過三星

級嘉許制度，表揚環保表現出色的學校。參與學校除獲得證書

及可使用計劃標誌外，更有資格參與不同環保教育活動，包括

訓練班、講座、生態文物導賞團、環保手作班及參觀等。

INTRODUCTION

Since 2003, the Smart Power Campaign has been organised annually to promote energy efficiency and conservation through various school activities and exhibitions. Every year, tens of thousand of people participate in various activities organised under the Campaign.

With younger generation in mind, we make use of new media to spread the green messages, and have also joined hands with the Education Bureau Business School Partnership Programme and other youth and green groups to come up with different activities that promote the theme “Be Green, Be Happy”.

Happy Green Schools Label ProgrammeOpen to all primary and secondary schools in Hong Kong, the three-tiered programme offers a variety of Other Learning Experiences to member schools such as training classes, school talks, eco-tours, handicraft workshops and visits. Awards are given to schools with outstanding performances in green practices and promotion.

綠色能源夢成真

為鼓勵中學生構思綠色能源夢，智「惜」用電計劃亦設有「綠色

能源夢成真」項目，透過提供資助及技術顧問，協助中學生落實

在校內或向公眾、社區推廣可再生能源或能源效益的項目。

多元活動推動環保

每年均透過不同渠道如巡迴展覽、活動網頁及「Facebook」等，

將環保資訊以互動形式帶到社區。

成效

為更了解參加者的需要，我們會透過問卷收集參加者對各項活

動的意見。老師及學生普遍認為各項「其他學習經歷」活動，

均能增加他們對低碳環保生活的認識。

計劃曾獲內地設計平台「成功設計」的「成功設計大獎」頒發年

度成功社會影響大獎。

Green Energy Dreams Come True

To encourage secondary school students to realise their green energy dreams, HK Electric introduced the “Green Energy Dreams Come True” programme under the Smart Power Campaign. Funding and technical advice are provided to students wishing to implement their plans in promoting renewable energy and energy efficiency on campus and in the community.

Various Initiatives to Promote Green

We also spread green messages to the community through roving exhibitions staged at different shopping centres every year and through the campaign website and facebook fans page.

EFFECTIVENESS

We collect feedback on our activities to better understand and address our participants’ needs. Teachers and students both agree that the activities can help improve their knowledge of green living.

The campaign was awarded the “Successful Social Impact of the Year” by the Successful Design Award organised by a design platform in the Mainland.

簡介

「綠遊香港」由港燈與長春社自二零零五年合辦，旨在推動香港

島和南丫島的可持續發展，透過舉辦生態文物導賞團及各類環

保活動，向公眾介紹兩島豐富的生態文物資源。

計劃合共開發了八條生態文物徑，沿途設置教育資訊牌，亦備

有生態文物徑指南，介紹路線位置及觀賞特色。此外，計劃亦

先後培訓了超過二百位義務生態導賞員，每月帶領市民暢遊各

條生態文物徑，藉此提升大眾的生態知識和環保意識。

內容

生態文物徑及公眾導賞團

八條生態文物徑全長共三十公里，每月由義務導賞員帶領生態

文物導賞團讓市民報名參加。市民亦可透過指南或手機應用程

式，自行探索各條生態文物徑。

INTRODUCTION

To promote the sustainable development of Hong Kong and Lamma islands and raise public awareness of eco-friendliness, HK Electric and the Conservancy Association have been jointly organising the Green Hong Kong Green (GHKG) project since 2005.

Under the project, eight eco-heritage routes on the two islands have been developed, with education panels installed en-route and a set of eco-tour maps featuring highlights of these routes. More than 200 volunteer eco-leaders have also been trained to conduct monthly eco-tours for the public.

CONTENTS

Eco-heritage Routes and ToursMeasured 30 km in total, the eco-heritage routes are introduced to the public by our volunteer eco-leaders through monthly eco-tours. Nature lovers can also explore the routes at their own pace with the eco-tours maps or the GHKG App.

優化環境 愛護自然

「綠遊香港」計劃亦定期舉辦優化環境的活動，如清除有「植物

殺手」之稱的薇甘菊行動、護林活動及每年在清明節和重陽節舉

行的無山火呼籲行動，以提高公眾保護生態與環境的意識。

生態旅遊節

每年一度的「綠遊香港」生態旅遊節，透過一整日的活動包括導

賞團、攤位遊戲、工作坊、講座和表演等，促進公眾對香港生

態文物資源的認識。

成效

為評估計劃對持份者及社區帶來的效益，港燈曾委託獨立機構

進行社會效益評估，結果發現不論生態導賞員或導賞團參加

者，在參與計劃後對自然生態及本地文物的認識均有所增加。

「綠遊香港」獲香港社會服務聯會頒發「2015/16傑出伙伴合

作計劃獎」。

Caring for Our Environment

Other activities organised under GHKG include tree caring, mikania removal and public appeal on the prevention of hill fire, all aimed at conserving the greenery and enhancing environmental awareness.

Eco-tour Festival

To further promote Hong Kong’s eco-heritage treasures, an annual “Green Hong Kong Green Eco-tour Festival” is held to educate the public through a day of interesting activities such as eco-heritage tours, a carnival featuring fun and educational games booths, workshops, talks and performances.

EFFECTIVENESS

A social impact assessment was conducted to review the impacts of GHKG on our stakeholders and the community. Results show that the knowledge of both eco-leaders and tour participants in natural environment and local heritage increased after joining GHKG.

GHKG was named an Outstanding Partnership Project by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service in 2015/16.

University of 3rd Age (U3A)

簡介

香港第三齡學苑由港燈百週年紀念基金贊助，香港社會服務 聯會（社聯）統籌，自二零零六起在全港各區設立了四十多間

「第三齡自務學習中心」。

學苑以「知樂自得 行健自強」為校訓，不受任何學歷、考評、

學位等所限制，所有課程均由學員根據自己興趣自行舉辦及教

授，藉此鼓勵退休人士「自發、自學、自教、自管」，並强調積

極參與社區，將所學所得推展到社區，服務社群。

INTRODUCTION

Funded by the HK Electric Centenary Trust and administered by Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS), the University of 3rd Age (U3A) Network of Hong Kong was established in 2006, with the aim of encouraging local retirees to pursue their interests, fulfill their dreams and contribute to the community.

Upholding the “learning for pleasure” principle, U3A is not bound by accreditation, assessment or any qualifications to be met, but rather advocates interest-based and self-initiated learning. Classes are taught and run by elders for the elders at more than 40 U3A self-learning centres throughout Hong Kong.

嘉許及培訓

學苑每年舉辦畢業禮，並設立獎項嘉許傑出的學員、學長和中心。

此外，港燈和社聯每年亦透過舉辦中央培訓活動，加強學長的領導

及管理能力。

「傑出第三齡人士選舉」

為表揚本地退休人士在終身學習、服務社會和保持身心健康三方面 的傑出表現，港燈與社聯每兩年舉辦一次「傑出第三齡人士選舉」。

成效

港燈和社聯曾就計劃進行社會效益評估，結果發現U3A有效令學員保持身心活

躍，提升管理和教學能力並增強表達意見的自信心。另外計劃亦促進各合作夥

伴的了解，並提升港燈員工對公司的自豪感和歸屬感。

計劃過去亦獲得不少獎項，包括社聯「商界展關懷」傑出夥伴合作計劃獎及第

九屆中國最佳公共關係案例大賽的企業社會責任組別銀獎。

Recognition and Training

Completion ceremony is held annually presenting awards to recognise outstanding students, teachers and centres. Training camps and sharing sessions are arranged to strengthen the leadership and management skills of student leaders who help operate and teach at U3A centres.

Outstanding Third Age Citizen Award

HK Electric and HKCSS jointly organise the Outstanding Third Age Citizen Award biennially to recognise local retirees with outstanding achievements in lifelong learning, community work and healthy living.

EFFECTIVENESS

To evaluate the effectiveness of U3A, a social impact assessment has been conducted by HK Electric and HKCSS. Results found that U3A helps its students to be socially and mentally active, enhances organisational and teaching skills and boosts confidence of expressing one’s views. It also fosters mutual understanding among project partners and increases pride and sense of belonging of HK Electric’s staff.

The programme has won numerous awards including the “Outstanding Partnership Project Award” in HKCSS’ Caring Company Scheme and Silver Award in the Community Relations Category at the “Ninth China Golden Awards for Excellence in Public Relations”.

簡介

港燈一直支持長者服務，自二零零八年起更加強關心港島區的

獨居長者，由於調查發現大部份獨居長者均有「怕麻煩人」的心

態，對地區支援服務亦缺乏認識，公司遂透過舉辦嘉年華會、

製作地區服務資訊及每月家訪，宣揚「唔怕麻煩人」訊息，鼓勵

獨居長者有需要時主動求助，與社區服務網絡接軌，避免獨居

長者變成隱蔽長者。

有關服務於二零一五年定名為「送暖樂社群」，服務夥伴亦擴展

至包括港島各區議會、南丫島南北鄉事委員會，以及港島多間

長者服務機構。

內容

鼓勵長者與社區接軌

計劃推廣鄰里互助精神，除港燈義工外，亦在港島各區招募和

培訓長者義工，擔任「唔怕麻煩人」大使一同進行探訪，並鼓勵

獨居或隱蔽長者加入鄰近長者中心，讓他們與社區接軌，有需

要時亦求助有門。

INTRODUCTION

Caring for the elderly has always been HK Electric’s prime focus in community services. Since 2008, the Company has been, through carnivals, monthly visits and service guidebooks, encouraging local elders to reach out to the community for support in case of need.

In 2015, the programme took on the name of “CAREnJOY”, with expanded partnership with District Councils on Hong Kong Island, two rural committees on Lamma Island and major elderly service agencies serving Hong Kong Island.

CONTENTS

Encourage Mutual Support The programme promotes mutual support in the neighbourhood. Senior citizens are recruited and trained as ambassadors. They will join HK Electric volunteers to visit and encourage their counterparts to join nearby service centres. Single elders will then be connected to community support and know where to seek help when needed.

每月探訪 代購日用品

港燈義工每月夥拍「唔怕麻煩人」大使，分區探訪港

島及南丫島的獨居長者，並協助他們購買較重的米、

油等日用品，減輕長者經濟負擔及外出購物的不便。

關顧電力安全 發揮企業專長

港燈義工亦會運用企業專長，在探訪長者時為他們作

簡單的家居電力檢查，亦會分享節能貼士，協助長者

確保家居電力安全。

成效

「送暖樂社群」不斷拓展服務範圍，預計每年探訪約一千名獨

居或隱蔽長者。計劃於早年曾獲社會福利署推廣義工服務督

導委員會頒發「最佳企業義工計劃」季軍。

Monthly Visits to Single Elders

HK Electric volunteers and elderly ambassadors pay monthly visits to single elders on Hong Kong and Lamma Islands. Material aids in the form of assisting them to purchase bulky daily necessities, such as rice and oil, are provided during these visits.

Promote Energy Safety at Home

HK Electric volunteers also make use of their expertise to help inspect the electrical installations in the elders’ homes, and to share with them tips on energy safety and efficiency.

EFFECTIVENESS

Since its launch, CAREnJOY has been expanding its service scope and is now benefitting about 1,000 single elders every year. The programme was named the 2nd runner-up in the Best Corporate Volunteer Service Project organised by the Steering Committee on Promotion of Volunteer Service of Social Welfare Department.
