1. A valid Oekotex certificate must be provided that validates
the Shipper (as per bill of lading) as the holder of the
certificate.2. If the Shipper is not able to provide the
certificate, then the valid Oekotex certificate of the manufacturer
of the fabric must be provided. In addition to this, a letter of
authorization letter must also be provided which proves beyond
reasonable doubt that the certificate holder is the manufacturer
and that they are supplying the goods through the Shipper.3. The
Oekotex certificate must be valid through the date of B/L.4. The
Oekotex certificate must be valid for the fibre composition, dyeing
method, finishing method, chemical processes and any other relevant
properties pertaining to the goods that are being supplied.
TESTING:
5. Fabric testing for bulk must be done in Hohenstein lab only.
Shipment approval for the goods will only depend on the result of
this test unless authorized
