The Reserve Guest House boasts 6 private suites, each with a private bathroom and porch. A common kitchen, living area, and screen porch are shared by guests.
Complimentary danish and coffee are served each morning from 7:30 am until 9:30 am at the Orchard House. Wine and cheese are served at the Guest House every evening at 5:00 pm.

The Reserve Guest Apartment features 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Kitchen, Living Area, Dining Area, 1 Queen bed, and 2 Twin beds.
This apartment has wireless internet access and for an additional fee is pet friendly. It is located above the garage of a Member- owned lakefront home, and is within walking distance of Club Amenities. Complimentary danish and coffee are served each morning from 7:30 am until 9:30 am at the Orchard House.

Each of our Orchard Cottages has a full kitchen and dining area, a screened porch, and an indoor/outdoor fireplace.
There are 2 bedrooms downstairs, each with a king bed and private bath, and 1 room upstairs with 2 twin beds and bath. You can choose a Cottage with either a view of Lake Keowee or a scenic view of our Signature Jack Nicklaus Golf Course.
Complimentary danish and coffee are served each morning from 7:30 am until 9:30 am at the Orchard House. Each Cottage and its amenities vary. Also, some Cottages are pet friendly for an additional fee.

The Cottages have basements that include a wet bar, living area, and bathroom. Plus, Guest House Cottage #4 has 2 additional rooms that can be reserved to create a 5 bedroom cottage upon request.

VillAGe lAke homeThe Village Lake Home has 5 bedrooms with 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 1 full bed, and 2 twin beds along with 5 full baths and 2 half baths. This home also offers 3 living areas, a kitchen, dining room, wet bar,covered patio, fireplace, a gas grill, and garage access. The Village Lake Home is located near the Pool, Playground, and the Village. The home also has dock access and use of the Boat Slip. This home can be rented as a 4 bedroom or 5 bedroom home.

The Orchard House Our 20,000 square-foot craftsman-style clubhouse with 3 terraced event lawns is a hub of activity for dining, golf,
and special events.
Marina This private, 200-slip full-service Marina with 19 piers near the Village Center provides every member with
lake access.
Waterfront Park & TrailThe lighted, wide trail, dotted with benches, runs for a
half-mile along the Marina, Village and Lake.
Founders Hall Located in the Village, this meeting house is home to musical events, art exhibits, lecture series, dramatic
presentations, community gatherings, and worship services.
Croquet Lawn A fully equipped regulation croquet lawn is located in
front of the Orchard House.
Tennis and Fitness Center Features four lighted, outdoor Har-Tru clay courts,
Nautilus fitness equipment, free weights, aerobics area, and locker rooms.
Pet Park Fenced-in wooded area near Turkey Ridge Park has
places for pets to play, watering areas, and benches for pet owners.
The Market Conveniently located in the Village and stocked with lake
living necessities makes this a great place to gather with friends for lunch or dinner.
Pool Pavilion Two pools, one with a beach-style entry and fun water
features set beside a children’s playground; the other with fountains and a jetted hot tub, both served by our
Cabana Grill.
Village Center Our community gathering place on the shores of Lake Keowee includes the Market, Post Office, Real Estate
Sales Center, Marina,Pool Pavilion, Waterfront Park & Trail, Founders Hall and the Great Lawn.
Turkey Ridge Park Features a large grassy sports field,horseshoe pits, half-
court basketball, soccer goals, volleyball, badminton and a playground. The Pavilion, with an outdoor stone fireplace, grills and covered patio, is located in the park.
Wellness and Family Events Members enjoy a full calendar of social events and
activities for the entire family. The Reserve currently offers a full schedule of group classes, cardio workouts,
fitness walks, golf conditioning, and individual assistance through our Health & Fitness Coordinator.

Travel 2 miles through Pickens and turn right (at Mobile station) on Shady Grove Rd. Travel 6 miles and continue through 3-‐way stop for 1 more mile to end of Shady Grove Rd. Turn right on 133. Main entrance is 2 miles on left. I-‐26W from Columbia: Take I-‐26N from Columbia. Exit onto I-‐385 toward Greenville. Exit on I-‐185 (toll road) toward Atlanta. Continue through 2 toll booths and exit onto Hwy 153 toward Powdersville/Easley. Hwy 153 ends at Hwy 123. Follow the Hwy 123W loop into Easley.
