International Flights( KLIAOperations B737), Check-in usually
starts 3hours prior to departure and the check-inc o u n t e r s c
l o s e 4 5 m i n u t e b e f o r ed e p a r t u r e t i m e f o r
a l l c l a s s e s o fpassengers.2) For Domestic &
InternationalFlights
( Subang Operat ions ATR72), Check- inusually starts 2 hours
prior to departure andthe check-in counters close 30 minutebefore
departure t ime for al l classes ofpassengers.
Passengers, who do not report at theb o a r d i n g g a t e a t
t h e r e q u e s t e dboarding time, wil l not be boarded onthe
said f l ight and wil l be consideredno-show passengers.
In the event of delays and misconnection offlights not within
the reasonable control ofMalindo Air; Malindo Air wil l disclaim
anyliability towards the same.
Passengers who arranges own connectionswi th other a i r l ines
are advised to leavesufficient time for connections or
terminaltransfer or baggage re-claim and re-checkin.M a l i n d o A
i r w i l l n o t b e l i a b l e f o r a n ymisconnection with
other airl ines outsidereasonable control of Malindo Air.
No-Show Passengers: confirmed passengerswho do not present
themselves for theirbooked flight are termed as 'No Shows'

Overbooking: In the event of overbooking,Malindo Air will make
every effort to provideseats for which confirmed reservation
havebeen made, however, no absolute guaranteeo f sea ts ava i l ab

status OKor HK, and the timings attached to them.

Credit Card Purchases: Please note that thecredit card used to
purchase your Malindo Airfl ight tickets through our Malindo Air
CallCenter is required to be presented at time ofcheck-in by the
cardholder for verificationp u r p o s e . F a i l u r e t o c o m
p l y w i t h t h i srequirement, Malindo Air reserves the right
todeny boarding and cancel the ticket(s) andcontract of carriage.
You may use your creditcard for third party purchasing, however,
thecard holder must be present for credit cardverification at the
point of check in. This onlyappl ies to Credit Card used to
purchaseMalindo Air ticket/s through our Call Center. Payment:
Fares must be paid in full beforethe given time limit expires. In
the event thatthe fare has not been paid in full for any
reason whatsoever, Malindo Air reserve the rightto cancel the
reservation/ticket prior to check-inand/or to deny you to board the
flight.
Infants: We reserve the right not to carry infantsless than
seven (2) days-old and Infant agedbetween three (3) and seven (7)
days requireMedical Certificate to confirm that the Infant is fitto
travel on air transport. The Medical certificatemust have been
issued 72 hours before thestandard departure time. Maximum age for
Infantis less than 2 years old. Infant t ravel ing onMalindo Air
must have the Form of Indemnity (FOI)signed by the parents.
Pregnant Passengers: All expectant Mothersare required to sign
form of Indemnity (FOI). AMedical certificate that confirms the
expectantmother is fit to travel on air transport is required tob e
p r o d u c e d a t t h e p o i n t o f c h e c k - i n f o
rpregnancy over 28 weeks.
3.0 Cabin Baggage Regulations:Economy Class Passengers are
allowed to bringup to 7KG with the dimension of 40 cm x 30 cm x20
cm of hand luggage onboard Malindo AirFlights. The weight of cabin
baggage should notexceed 7kgs. St ro l le r bags wi th the
abovespecified dimensions will be allowed.
Cabin baggage is accepted subject in the cabinsubject to
availability of space in the over headbin. Restricted stowage space
is also availableunder the front seat. In the event no space
beingavailable in the aircraft to stow cabin baggage, itwill be
necessary to remove and load the same inthe baggage hold as per
safety regulations.
