Vocalists should have some experience of singing performance. They do not need to be able to read music or words, but they have to possess a real passion for singing and performing. Also, in your judgement, they must be able to cope with a whole day at the Royal Albert Hall, rehearsing and performing, including travel.

Makaton signers should have some experience of signing in performances. They must exhibit confidence and demonstrate a passion for performing. Also, in your judgement, they must be able to cope with a whole day at the Royal Albert Hall, rehearsing and performing, including travel. SEND and mainstream students will learn to sign together.
