OBITUARY
Mark Jackson Mark Andrew Jackson, 57, of Vandalia, Montana,passed away October 1, 2015, while elk hunting with hissoul mate Karen Jackson, of a heart attack. Mark was born in Wenatchee, WA, August 25, 1958to Buddy and Bonnie (Anderson) Jackson. He graduatedfrom Eastmont High School, Class of 1976. Later heattended a Montana outfitter & guide service school,graduating top of his class. Mark married the love of hislife Karen (Spencer) Jackson, February 17, 1979. Mark has been working in the telephone businessfor the last 30 years. He worked for GE/Verizon formany years before he & Karen started Queen of SpadesUtilities, Inc.
Mark was a quiet and avid hunter/fisherman. Heenjoyed baking cookies for friends, yummy pies during
the holidays in his moms kitchen and extraordinarybirthday cakes. Mark was also a practical joker. Younever knew when he might strike! Mark loved to spend time with friends and family. Hefound special joy teaching his kids about the outdoors,making cookies with the grand babes or cooking upsomething special for Karen. Mark was happiest when he & Karen where workingon a home project, camping/hunting or dickering witha street vendor on a beach in Mexico. Tey traveled tomany places throughout Washington, Oregon, Idaho,
Montana, Coloradoand Wyoming. Mark is survivedby his loving wife KarenJackson, Vandalia, M;children, Storm (Jenn)Jackson, Glasgow,M; Catrina (Preston)Sillito, East Wenatchee,WA; Steve Wellendorf,Glasgow, M;grandchildren Makayla, John and Adelaide Sillito, EastWenatchee, WA; Ashlyn Jackson, ri-Cities, WA; Oliviaand Buddy Jackson, Glasgow, M; his parents Buddy &Bonnie Jackson, East Wenatchee, WA; his brother erryJackson, East Wenatchee, WA; his best friend Randy May

One sweet foat!As mentioned in yesterdays Buzz, we dont remember
the last time we saw this much candy scattering
the streets in downtown Glasgow one can only
imagine how many hundreds of pounds sweet treats
were thrown out. As one lady watching the Scotty
Homecoming Parade pointed out, I dont even think
we need to go trick-or-treating on Halloween this year!
As you can see, the GHS students above were loaded
for bear. Thanks to everyone who participated to pu
together an outstanding parade.
