Said mortgagewas assigned toDEUTSCHE BANKNATIONAL TRUST COM-PANY, AS TRUSTEE FORTHE CERTIFICATEHOLD-ERS OF SOUNDVIEWHOME LOAN TRUST2006-OPT1, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES,SERIES 2006-OPT1 N/K/ADEUTSCHE BANKNATIONAL TRUST COM-PANY, AS TRUSTEE FORSOUNDVIEW HOMELOAN TRUST 2006-OPT1,ASSET-BACKED CER-TIFICATES, SERIES2006-OPT1, by assign-ment of mortgage which isdated July 17, 2008, cov-ering premises known as245 Sheridan Avenue,Brooklyn, NY 11208 (Block4222 and Lot 2). The reliefsought in the within actionis a final judgment direct-ing the sale of the premis-es described above to sat-isfy the debt describedabove. To the abovenamed Defendants: Theforegoing summons isserved upon you by publi-cation pursuant to an orderof the Hon. Wayne P.Saitta, Justice of theSupreme Court of theState of New York, andfiled along with the sup-porting papers in the Office
of the Clerk of the Countyof Kings on October 15,2015. This is an action toforeclose on a mortgage.ALL that certain plot, pieceor parcel of land, with thebuildings and improve-ments thereon erected, sit-uate, lying and being in theBorough of Brooklyn,County of Kings, City andState of New York. Block4222 and Lot 2, said prem-ises known as 245Sheridan Avenue,Brooklyn, NY 11208. YOUARE HEREBY PUT ONNOTICE THAT WE AREATTEMPTING TO COL-LECT A DEBT AND ANYINFORMATIONOBTAINED WILL BEUSED FOR THAT PUR-POSE. By reason of thedefault in the payment ofthe monthly installment ofprincipal and interest,among other things, ashereinafter set forth,Plaintiff, the holder andowner of the aforemen-tioned note and mortgage,or their agents have elect-ed and hereby acceleratethe mortgage and declarethe entire mortgage indebt-edness immediately dueand payable.
