ANNOUNCEMENTS:

LIBRARY NEWS: Robert Whitlow, “Water’s Edge”. Tom Crane is about to become a partner in a high-profile Atlanta law firm. But first he must close his deceased father’s law practice. But then he runs into an unexpected roadblock—two million dollars of unclaimed money stashed in a secret bank account. And evidence that his father’s death may not have been accidental. Worse still, a trail of data suggests his father played a role in an international fraud operation. Now he has to decide who he can trust—and how far a father’s love can reach.

END OF DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME REMINDER: Daylight Savings Time is ending on Sunday, November 1 – and it’s time to fall back an hour. Please adjust your clocks accordingly.

THANK YOU: The family of the late Dina Roke wishes to thank everyone who sent cards and came to the funeral home for their support. The church family was always there for mom and dad in their times of happiness and sadness. Thank you! The Roke family

SAMARITAN’S PURSE – OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD: Grace Church has been invited to participate in Operation Christmas Child, a unique project organized by Samaritan's Purse that delivers gift-filled shoeboxes to hurting children throughout the world. This simple hands-on mission project gives individuals and groups a tangible way to demonstrate the true meaning of Christmas and share the Good News. All boxes are due back to the church no later than Sunday, November 22. PLEASE DO NOT INCLUDE MONEY IN YOUR SHOEBOX – the November 22 2nd offering is designated for this cause.

A GOD LIKE NONE OTHER: Today we begin a new sermon series that will focus on how recognizing the greatness and incomparable goodness of God is an absolute must if we are to experience worship in the richness and fullness that God intends. The series on worship, entitled A God Like None Other, will take us to the beginning of Advent the last Sunday of November. It is my prayer that God will speak powerfully to each of us through this focus.

Pastor William
