It is indeed our great pleasure to provide you with the first extended circular of the ISNFF 2017 Conference and Exhibition. This is the 10th
anniversary meeting for this event and we are proud that it is being held in Gunsan, Jeonbuk in the vicinity of the historical and cultural city, the
center for food science and development activities in Korea. Our Korean Co-organizers have provided an amazing scientific program along with
technical and cultural tours for you. For the first time, there are several dedicated sessions for industry as well as young scientists and graduate
students presentation competitions. We trust that you will enjoy this memorable event and look forward to seeing you at ISNFF 2017.

We invite academics (faculty and students), government researchers and law makers as well as industry professionals interested in presenting their
research findings and commercial developments in functional foods, nutraceuticals, natural health products, and dietary supplements or related

ISNFF is proud to announce its first circular. The scientific program and industrial issue consists of keynote lectures,
symposia, workshops, and poster presentation. Selected presentation manuscripts at ISNFF 2017 will be considered for
publication in the Journal of Functional Foods (IF 3.97).
