On behalf of all our team members, I’m very pleased to welcome you to the WM family.
We’re excited for the opportunity to combine the talents and proud traditions of our
organizations in providing the best customer and community experience in the industry.
I recognize this is an exciting time, but there may be some uncertainty for you, and we
understand. Be assured that we’ll provide the information you need as you transition to
WM. I ask that as we progress through this transition, each of you engage and
participate throughout the process. As valued team members, your involvement is
imperative to our success. We welcome your feedback.
The combination of our organizations will increase our service offerings and deliver
value to our residential, commercial, industrial, recycling and disposal customers.
You will soon hear about WM’s Commitments and Values as they are a key component
of our policies and culture rooted in putting our People First.
Like your fellow teammates at WM, it’s business as usual for you and everyone
involved. Our day-to-day activities will continue as normal. As we move to improve our
efficiencies, you’ll be kept fully informed. All of us at WM look forward to meeting and
working with you. I hope you’re as excited to join WM as we are to have you as part of
