What are the Lines of Progression?

The last time we did a broad look at our lines of progression was nearly 50 years ago. As you can imagine, a lot of things have changed since then. Many of our existing line of progressions don’t reflect today’s job duties, processes, technology, training requirements and tools.Agreements are the result of nearly 2 years of collaboration between IBEW and PG&E .

Lines of progression are the career paths that employees can choose to take.
