American Home Shield:American Home Shield:Protection Before & After the SaleProtection Before & After the Sale Becky, I want to take a moment and express my appreciation of the great team work atAmerican Home Shield to help my client close his house. It started with you always expressing and sharing how AHS can be of benefit to ourbusiness. My client was hesitant to put his house with AHS, but I persisted and hefinally agreed with putting the buyer/seller program in place.

During a home inspection a leak in the upstairs bath drain wasidentified, I called AHS, time was of the essence and I waspromptly called back with an appointment for a plumber. CPRServices sent out Anthony and he was great, he identified theproblem and had it fixed quickly. The whole deal was in thebalance; my seller would have probably walked away from theclosing if AHS had not saved the day! It was a team effort and I will share this story with all my futureselling clients. Thanks, Bob HubbleRealtor®ERA Wilder Realty(Northeast Office)

Mortgage Professional a Valuable PartnerMortgage Professional a Valuable Partner(Erica West - New American Mortgage)(Erica West - New American Mortgage)

I know I have bragged on Erica West before, but Ihave to tell you AGAIN, how hard she works to getthe job done!! I wrote a contract on August 31 witha closing date for September 14. She and theunderwriters worked on it until 9:00 that night to getit done!

One thing that really impresses me is that Erica's entire team at NewAmerican Mortgage seems to respect and love her so much that theygo the extra mile for HER, to help her achieve her goals andcommitments. That is a gift to have people that want to work hard foryou and your clients.

After a long HARD day, I went to bed early. So while I was on my wayto sleep, the New American Morgage Team was working together onmy behalf. I have never in my eight year career seen a more hardworking, dedicated Mortgage Professional like Erica West.

So, thank you Erica, for yet another amazing job for me!!!! I tell my clients....WEST IS THE BEST!!!! Debbie BowenBroker/Realtor®ERA Wilder Realty (Sumter, SC)
