guests from across the Valley sample the best of everything in the region. Sponsors are included in all the party
promotions including print, digital, social media, and direct mail - plus have a display table and signage at the party.

PAYMENT PLAN: Sponsorship benefits, including logo usage, will begin with 50% payment and signed contract. All sponsorship payments must be paid in full one week prior to event. Hudson Valley Magazine reserves the right to not allow a sponsor to display at the event without payment in full. No cancellations or refunds will be given.
