2021 – It’s your year to visit Israel! After all the isolation brought on by the coronavirus in 2020, won’t it be great to enjoy the freedom of travel again? And what more encouraging, uplifting place is there to visit than Israel?

Picture yourself in the Holy Land: Sailing in a tiny fishing boat on the Sea of Galilee. Renewing your baptism commitment on the banks of the Jordan River….

Have you ever dreamed of exploring the very streets and paths where Yeshua (Jesus) walked nearly 2,000 years ago, visiting the sites where He ministered the Word of God and healed the sick? There’s no doubt that Israel continues to be one of the most inspirational places on Earth!

It’s home to the biblical history of our faith, and the Scriptures will come alive to you there like nowhere else. You’ll also gain invaluable insights as we share from Bible passages at the very locations where the events occurred.

Sit on a stone wall overlooking the Sea of Galilee, as you read the Sermon on the Mount at the very site where Jesus taught it. You’ll have an opportunity to pray at the Western wall, site of the ancient Temple. You’ll write your special request on a tiny piece of paper, and then slip it into a crack between the ancient stones.

You’ll walk through the Mount of Olives, experience the ancient gates and streets of the

Old City of Jerusalem and see shepherds tending flocks on the hills of Bethlehem.

Everywhere you turn, the Bible comes to life. You’ll witness amazing architectural digs where biblical sites have been literally unearthed, some separated by centuries yet right on top of one another. It’s amazing to see that so many of these well-known stories from the Bible took place in exactly the same spots, but centuries apart.

In the evenings, we’ll enjoy luxury accommodations. You’ll start and end each day sampling plentiful and delicious Israeli food from sumptuous buffets. And our days will be filled with the sights and sounds of an ancient land and people.

We hope you will prayerfully consider making 2021 the year you join us. We promise that it will be unforgettable and you will never read the Bible the same again!

We look forward to seeing you in Israel,

Jonathan Bernis, Ezra Benjamin and Jack Zimmerman

P.S. – Have you been fortunate enough to visit Israel in the past? If so, we welcome you to make this the year you return. So many of our friends say the trip was even more meaningful the second time. Find out for yourself!

Frequently Asked QuestionsIs it safe to visit Israel?Yes. Israel goes to great lengths to ensure the safety of tourists. The biblical sites we will visit and locations of our hotels are popular and peaceful, very far from the areas that you hear about in news reports. For more information regarding the safety of our itinerary, contact our Event Manager at 602-288-5151.

What are the benefits of visiting Israel to me as a Believer?Being at the original sites of many biblical events is often a very moving experience. Walking where Yeshua walked, seeing original biblical sites from thousands of years ago, looking out on vistas where historical figures of the Bible did the same – it recharges your faith and inspires your spirit in a way unique to a trip to the Holy Land. As you visit each site, hear its history, and hear unique teaching from Jonathan Bernis, Ezra Benjamin and Jack Zimmerman, your faith will grow like never before. Your Bible reading will be impacted by your first-hand acquaintance with the Land where so many of its events took place throughout history.

Do I need a visa? For U.S. citizens, only your passport is required. There is no additional travel visa required. Your U.S. passport must be valid for six (6) months after your return date. If you have questions or are a non-U.S. tour participant, please contact our Event Manager at 602-288-5151.

Do I need shots? There are no immunizations required for a visit to Israel.

Will there be a language problem?Although Hebrew is the official language of Israel, almost everyone speaks English. All shops have English-speaking staff and our tour guides will all speak English.

How should I dress?Israel in October is generally mild and daytime temperatures are typically in the 70s with evenings cooling off into the 50s and 60s, depending on the area. Bring lightweight, comfortable clothing and good walking shoes, as we’ll be doing a lot of walking. We recommend bringing a hat for the sun. Long shorts, skirts, and even long-sleeved shirts will help protect you from the sun, along with a good sunscreen, of course. A sweater or lightweight jacket or layers are a good idea for evenings. Keep in mind that, while casual clothing is fine for most days, there will be days when we visit holy sites where arms and legs should be covered.

How much spending money should I bring? How much spending money to bring depends on each individual. However, here are a few things to help you decide what your anticipated spending needs will be. Tour prices include three (3) meals per day, entry fees, hotels and transportation. You will need additional money for offerings, sundries and any souvenirs you’d like to purchase.

Is there a preferred travel company for purchasing my US domestic airfare?Yes. We have secured competitive rates for US domestic airfare to the gateway city. Please contact directly: Lisa Mann - Jabez Travel, 678-462-6577 or email: [email protected]
