PRAYER FOCUS

Enclosed you will find a special prayer sheet giving a brief prayer, asking you to pray andfast one day for each of these dates. This prayer is for "now" and "later", as we are prayingabout and against potential troubles this year for the dates that are ahead of us and againsttroubles to come in a year or more from now on these same dates.

Please remember that "Prayer accumulates" and that we are working by faith in prayer tocover certain dates when troubles can surface according to JESUS' WORD over the years.

WHY THE LEADING TO PRAY ABOUT THESE DATES NOW?

From the time we had to prophetically stand aside of the nation on July 12, 200!, 1understood that the Church decision behind this action had unleashed judgments onAmerica. The first evidence of that appeared on September 11, 2001. This brings us to re-focus our prayer life.

In past years we prayed to cancel and/or to delay judgments, gain time, and extend addedmercy in any early judgment events. Today these judgments are in motion and cannot bestopped. It is therefore necessary to refocus our prayers to key times when these judgmentcan hit with massive force to the ends of lessening it saving lives and extending mercy tomany who would otherwise perish.

These listed dates are based on what JESUS has told us over the years and are the first keydates to address in prayer since stopping or delaying these judgments is no longer possible.

About October 13thIn 1979 JESUS made reference to this date saying it would be a, "DEADLY DAY." WhileI believe it pertains to a major earthquake in California, the Lord JESUS gave no moreinformation. I perceive that we may see a fulfillment of His Word in the next year or two(2002 andlor 2003).

About October 15th

On October 8, 1979 JESUS told me this, "WATCH OCTOBER 15...CALIFORNIA ISLAST AS YOU THOUGHT FINALLY BUT FIRST IN THE BEGINNING OF THEBEGINNING."

In 1979 a major earthquake struck southern California (6.2 Richter as I remember) onOctober 15 th • This was only an early "evidence" or shadow that confirmed His Word. Fromthat time (1979) to now, earthquake activity and earthquake intensity in California hassteadily increased year by year. In all of 1979 California had less than two dozenearthquakes, today they have thousands of earthquakes every year. Again, we are drawingnear to when this revelation will be fulfilled. It's time to pray for mercy NOW.

About OCTOBER 23RD

In October of 1988 JESUS simply said, "WATCH OCTOBER 17'x; AND AGAINOCTOBER 23'." On October 17, 1989 a 7.1 Richter earthquake struck San Francisco.Since then to now we have known that the next major earthquake to strike San Franciscowill hit October 23. It is evident now that we are nearing that date. I believed that wemight face this event this year, but due to changes in the nature of judgment now perceivethat this is delayed at least a year or two.

About OCTOBER 28TH

On September 28, 1997 Michael-DAVID received this Word from JESUS, "OCTOBER28111 WILL BE A DAY TO BE RECKONED WITH." Then a day or so later a brothernamed Bob told Michael-DAVID (Michael-DAVID had not shared this Word with him)that October 28` h kept coming to him and that he sensed danger.

Then on June 10, 1998 JESUS spoke to Michael-DAVID telling him to count 141 days andto look to Portland. Then he was given to see a light, fire and an earthquake in Portland.

Counting out the 141 days (inclusively) it came to October 28`h.

This is what we call a double and set (revealed twice, see Genesis 41:32), or a doublewitness about the date of October 28 `h being a day of reckoning which is, in my view, a dayof reaping what has been sown.

As it is obviously judgment related we may also see "reckoning" as being the tally on theconsequences of sin.

About OCTOBER 31St - Halloween

A former Ministry prayer leader telephoned me and mentioned that she had heard a reportfrom her daughter that someone out east her daughter knew of had been dating one of theterrorists (who was on board one of the aircraft that slammed into the World Trade Centerbuildings) who essentially left her a note on September 9=h that she ought to avoid flyingand avoid going to the Mall on October 31 S`

When I checked with this former prayer leader's daughter I learned that she did not knowthe woman who was dating this terrorist but that she heard about it from her boss who heardit from her mother. At this point I became a bit skeptical as it sounded like hearsay and Iwas unable to trace it back to the actual source.

Now Nancy-TONI had prayed about this after I heard this story and while she discerneda darkness about October 3 l' Nancy-TONI was not confident that the story was true. Wetalked about it further in that as Nancy-TONI was discerning a "darkness" about October3 1St it suggested that there might be some demonic activity here and therefore potentialterrorist plans afoot. We both prayed about it seeking the Lord on the date of October 31St

On Sunday. October 14, 2001 JESUS told Nancy-TOA TI, "THE THREAT OFOCTOBER 31 ST IS REAL. BE PRAYING AND WATCHING."

This same day of October l4 JESUS spoke to me about October 31 S` saying,"THERE IS A DARKNESS THERE AND THERE IS DANGER IN THEDARKNESS."

A HOAX: The next day Lyn-ELIZABETH sent us a communication, a report thatshowed that this sto ry about the woman dating the terrorist and the letter/note he sent herwas in fact a hoax. A public information officer at the FBI's National Press Office hadfielded many phone calls about this story, they 've check it out, and they have received noletter of warning from a girl with a terrorist boyfriend.

However, one thing is for sure, October 31 5E is the enemy's high holiday.

Also, anytime a Prophet discerns darkness about a given day this is not to be ignored, thuswe are calling for prayer about this date. Whatever is there is dangerous and while we don'tknow what that means we do know that in prayer we can block much and extend mercy towherever it is needed. What can happen October 31 5`? We don't know, JESUS has simplysaid, "BE PRAYING AND WATCHING." (See Page b for additional commentary)

About November 2VD

On November 1 1979.IE US told me this, "MY SON WATCH NOVEMBER 2.WATCH NOVEMBER 4""'. LOOK TO THE SEA, AND TO THE WEST, BUTLOOK MORE TO THE NORTHERN, LOOK ALSO TO THE EASTERNBORDER, YET LOOK TO IRAN. YOU ARE RIGHT IN CIVIL WAR AFFECTINGYOUR q IL - SUDDENLY IT SPRINGS FORTH ACROSS THE WHOLE LANDWITHOUT ANY WARNING...THE CHICAGO EARTHQUAKE IS THISSEPTEMBER THIS YEAR, YOU KNOW, NOW WAIT AND SEE."

This is a complex Word that essentially has a starting point on both November 2' and 4thof some (unrevealed) year. The Lord is giving a distinct sequence of events ("SEA,WEST"... etc.) and when these events surface we are to know that Chicago will have anearthquake September 19" of the year we see these things happen. But the reason we arecalling for prayer on November 2' has to do with the fact that next in line is November 4th.

About November 4th

On September 17, 2001 * I received a telephone call from a Prophetess named Susan ofFlorida.

*Note - This is the same day JESUS spoke to me about the danger to President Bush asking meto write and warn him, which I did on September 17, 2001.

Susan reported having a vision where she saw November 4 `h as being dangerousto the President. A darkness on him.

A bit of background: On September 9 ` " Susan had seen a darkness over New York Cityand Washington DC and said (in her church) they needed pray (they had just completed99 days of prayer that day). Just two days later, September 1 1 `h , the terrorist attack hit bothNew York City and Washington, DC.

^We intercessors do not need a lot of information to be able to pray to effectively curtailjudgments. The revelation given to Susan is pretty clear, the enemy is aiming at ourPresident. `here, what and how the enemy plans to act is not known, but we know the dateand we can pray to prevent their success. With enough prayer we may prevent it altogetherwhich is what we aim for here.

But it goes deeper, for in October of 1985 JESUS revealed a planned attack on thePresident which was planned for November but then He said this, "THE TIME ISDELAYED FOR YOU HAVE PRAYED, LOOK TOWARDS DECEMBER."

PRAYER FOCUS — About November 4T1 Continued

It became clear in 1985 that JESUS was revealing things coming in the future and not forthe year 1985. Based on Susan's revelation of September 17`h alone I planned to call forprayer for November 4`h of this year; but on coming across JESUS Word to Nancy-TONIin October of 1985 I recognized that what we are doing now will probably block the enemyplan and delay it to December.

When in December? I don't know, this is as far as we can take it at this time. As eventssurface we may be able to connect to things He has told us in years past and pick-up on arevealed sequence where we can pray more effectively. Until we make that kind ofprophetic connection (events to Jesus' Word) we do best to pray about what we have infront of us.

More on the October 31 ST Halloween Hoax

The e-mail that got this story circulating was sent out on October 5, 2001. The author, ayoung lady whose signature block was included in a number of the e-mail forwards toldpeople who contacted her that she got this story from a friend, who in turn heard it from thewarned girl (the one who supposedly got the letter warning about October 31 S` and Mallsfrom the terrorist).

The October 15 ` ' communication that traced this story down and was sent to us states this:

(Quote) "The case against this rumor about terrorist attacks on malls is a fairly solid one -the theme is both well known in the realm of folklore, and terrorists do not tip plans tooutsiders. Moreover, the FBI says it hasn't received such a letter as the e-mail desc ribes the

warned girl as having turned over to them. They've been investigating the story and finding

nothing to it.

Yet the author of the first e-mail (whom we contacted) believe the story her friend told her.She does not personally know the friend of her friend (the woman who supposedly receivedthe letter) but does trust that her friend's account is accurate.

....That one person believes a rumor does not make the rumor true, of course. But that wecan trace this rumor to the person who started the e-mail does make this case moreintriguing." (Unquote)

It is important that we all understand why we pray this way and what we are aiming toachieve. Over the years JESUS has revealed a variety of dates (month and day of themonth) in connection with coming judgments. Knowing the Heart of GOD in this is a key

It has always been the purpose of GOD THEFATHER to extend mercy, to spare, to save, to warn His people off from disasters. Thatjudgments come has to do with an immutable law of God that as we sow so shall we reap,and when the warnings of God go unheeded the law of sow and reap will come into play.

F3ut the point is this — it is GOD THE FATHER's purpose to extend mercy even in the facer) ,' a severe rejection of Him, His Will and His Goodness, even in judgments themselves.

When JESUS reveals a day of the month for a judgment or as a watch day, He often says"PE' AY AND WATCH." His purpose is clear, He wants us to both pray (for mercy) andw ^.tch to see what does develop. This in turn enables us to know how to pray moreeff ctively once we understand the nature of the judgment that surfaces or becomes visibleon His watch dates.

A "WATCH DATE" is also a revelation of a window of opportunity for the enemy ofcur souls. It reveals a specific time when they can strike deadly and/or destructive blowsworking through God's Law.

We can pray now (for example) about October 13 th and present a block to judgments thatwill come into play extending mercy against whatever judgments do surface on that day inthe future.

We DO NOT have to know what the judgment is to block it, all we need to know is the daywhen a judgment can surface. JESUS has provided us with a wealth of dates, we areequipped to know WHEN to pray, and in some cases WHAT to pray about.

THE LIGHT BRIGADE

The special prayer sheet (enclosed) presents a simple prayer to pray about the dates on thatprayer sheets. It also presents times when you may elect to move and join In The Spirit'with Prayer Leaders to be part of the "Light Brigade" - an abiding strategy that is verysimple and very powerful in its effect.

What you are doing is gathering `in The Spirit', coming into unity and agreement with thePrayer Leaders and then strictly looking to JESUS CHRIST and praying to be filled withHis Light and Love as you focus on one of the dates we have.

Scripture tells us that, "And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness

comprehended it not. " (John 1: 5) As we abide `in The Spirit' in CHRIST JESUS andbe filled His light and love, we do so in the midst of any darkness that is in that day. It isa very effective and powerful "prayer strategy", one we have used over the years.

Chu ck-JOHNEL' S NEW ANOINTING?

On August 5, 2001 Jim-REPHAEL made notes of an insight the Lord gave him and waskind enough to write it down for me, this is what Jim-REPHAEL wrote (Quote)

"Last Tuesday, 7-31-01, at the monthly meeting (at the casselberry's). there was apoint about 3/4ths of the way through the meeting that I saw `In The Spirit' ananointing upon Chuck-JOHNEL. It was something I had not seen before, so that'swhy I assume it was "new.

It was after Chuck-JOHNEL was talking about how difficult it had become to makeaccurate "date-setting " projections any longer with any degree of accuracy. Thiswas because (Chuck-JOHNEL said) of the Church looking for signs that the Wordwas from God (i.e., "When it comes to pass, then we will believe."), that C-J wasJESUS' Prophet, etc. Basically, the growing lack of belief and the overall generalresistance to JESUS was blocking discernment of dates.

It was then, I believe, that C-J started to talk about the "new directions " that Godwas leading him and the Ministry into. It was at this point that Isaw the freshness ofa new anointing come upon Chuck-JOHNEL's countenance (I can see it every soclearly even now). It was very focused, assertive, youthful, determined, etc. I sawwhat I can only describe as a "JESUS-confidence" on/in Chuck-JOHNEL. I had thediscernment that JESUS was putting something new upon C-J that would be evenmore "direct" to Christ's Body and to its leadership, and was preparing him forthis. " (Unquote)

I'm getting cleaned up when JESUS begins to speak to me saying,

"I WANT YOU TO ACT, TO BEHAVE AS IF YOU ARE MY COUNSEL TOPRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH..

HENCEFORTH I WILL MOVE YOU TO PRESENT MY COUNSEL TO HIM ANDYOU ARE TO ACT AS IF HE IS LISTENING AND RECEIVING MY WORD. INTHIS I PREPARE YOU TO HAVE AN ATTITUDE AND MANNERAPPROPRIATE TO THIS POSITION IN ME AS BEING MY DIRECTSPOKE Si L4N IN THIS WORLD.

Lord JESUS, have we prepared as we ought? "YES JOHNEL, NOTHING MORENEED BE DONE AT THIS TIME. AGAIN....YIELD TO MY SPIRIT AND I WILLKEEP YOU IN EVERY WAY. AGAIN, ABIDE IN ME."

*Note — The shaking (earthquake) we expected because of JESUS' Word came in Spokaneon September 28, 2001, just three days after this Word came.

JESUS to Chuck-JOHNEL on October 2, 2001

Getting cleaned up this morning (my morning) when JESUS speaks to me and says,

"I WANT YOU TO WRITE PRESIDENT BUSH TONIGHT."

So on His leading I wrote three counsel letters to President Bush. You may obtain copies(see the enclosed RESPONSE FORM) if you are interested.

JESUS' WORD by Norm on July 16j976

On July 16, 1976, I visited a brother in the Lord name Norm. While sharing and prayingNorm brought a Word of Prophecy from the Lord saying, "YOU ARE BLESSED. YOUWILL WALK WITH KINGS AND YOUR COUNSEL WILL BE THE COUNSELOF THE MOST HIGH GOD. YOU SHALL NOT NEED - I WILL PROVIDE YOURNEEDS DAILY...AS YOUR SON, WHOM I DELIVERED UNTO YOU GROWS, SOWILL YOU GROW IN THE SPIRIT. YOU WILL NOT BE PUFFED UP, BUTWILL WALK WITH ME. MY SPIRIT IS IN YOU. IT IS I THE LORD THY GODTHAT SPEAKS TO YOU AND WILL SPEAK TO YOU. AND YOU WILL WALKAMONGST THE LEADERS OF THE NATION AND THEY WILL SEEK YOUOUT..." SAUDI KING IN 1981 - EARLY EVIDENCE

In 1981 JESUS reminded me of what He told me on July 16, 1976 and that He wouldprovide an evidence of what He would do in His time. I wondered what that meant.

In 19811 worked for Allied Van Lines as a claims adjuster. One day I returned from lunchand was told by my supervisor that I received a telephone call from the First Secretary ofthe Saudi Arabian Embassy in Washington, D.C. and that he wanted me to telephone himback. Needless to say this caused no small stir in the office, everyone was wondering whatI had to do with the Saudi's. For that matter I didn't know either.

At first I thought it was a joke until I called the number and found myself talking to thereceptionist of the Royal Saudi Arabian Embassy. When I asked for the First Secretary thewoman said, "He 's beerz waiting for your call, I will put you straight through.

This man (second to the Ambassador) told me that his King had heard of me and he wantedme to come to visit them in Washington, DC. I was puzzled to be honest and said I wouldpray about it. JESUS told me that He would provide the funds for a flight to WashingtonDC (I lived in Chicago at the time) and to ask the Manager for the time off.

That was a bit of fun as he was stunned to hear that the King of Saudi Arabia wanted meto talk to His representative, He couldn't say no. When I got home after that day's work Ifound one letter with a check and a note inside saying, "JESUS told me to send this toyou. " It was a check in the amount needed to fly (round trip) to Washington, DC and payall my expenses.

The conversation with the First Secretary was cordial, even friendly, and the focus was onwhat I knew about the Saudi King - the details are a bit involved. In essence I was givena standing invitation to visit Saudi Arabia and dine with the King when I came.

When JESUS spoke to me by Norm on July 16, 1976 my son Stefan was just two monthsold and in 1981 he was 5 years old. Today my son Stefan is 25 years of age. That is 25years of growing in Christ.

What I have learned over the years of walking with Jesus is that God is in no hurry and

unless He does a thing there is no point in trying to make it happen.

I' m looking at an insight Jim-REPHAEL received on August 8, 2001 that came 25 yearsafter Norm's Word of 1976 and then JESUS speaks to me about it a little over a monthlater.

Did President Bush see my three letters? I think not. When JESUS told me to, "ACT ASIF HE IS LISTENING AND RECEIVING MY WORD..." it was pretty clear to me thatPresident Bush would not see the letters. The issue had to do with my demeanor in doingthis, not whether the President got the letters.

Although I (we) have not seen a dead body or dead child taken from the World TradeCenter buildings rubble or the damaged Pentagon, nor have the News Media published thenumber of children killed, I do notice that CNN, ABC and other News Media outlets arequick to show Afghan children allegedly injured by our bombing attacks on Afghanistan.It is obviously a one-sided issue as far as most of our Media is conce rned.

However many interesting details have surfaced from the talk radio shows that you areunlikely to get from most TV News outlets.

Of all 300,000+ units of blood donated to the Red Cross following the September 11 `^terrorist attack, a full third had to be thrown away as that blood was contaminated witheither Aids or Venereal diseases. That is a scary factoid — does this imply that 1/3rd of ourpopulation is tainted with either Aids or Venereal disease?!?

The figures of the dead in the World Trade Center attack varies from 5,000 to 7,000 withan added 9,000 injured. Again, there are no numbers on the number of children killed. Outof this there is an estimated 15,000 children that have been orphaned (loss of either dad ormorn or both in the terrorist attack).

I did hear on Fox TV News some nights back (a brief mention during a morning show) thatsome 50 Moslems living in New York City were warned by "other Moslems" not to be "in"the World Trade Center buildings on September 1 l. Reportedly they were told this oneweek before the attack came.

CNN, ABC and other liberal (socialist) New Media outlets steadily changed theirterminology from Terrorist attack and/or Act of War , down shifting to calling it a Crime,then changing that to calling it a Tragedy, and lastly to calling it an Incident. CNN wentso far to actually order its news people to refrain from calling the September 1 l attack a"Terrorist Attack", preferring to call it an "Alleged Hijacking. "ABC went along with thisnotion. I wonder, when terrorists sent ABC Anthrax in the mail recently is that rightlycalled an "alleged dusting"?

MASSIVE INTELLIGENCE FAILURE

In much Beastman Clinton did his job well in setting us up for this nightmare we now livein. This man and his wife should be arrested, tried for treason and given an appropriatesentence for the evil they've done to our nation and people.

However, the CIA, FBI and other U.S. Government agencies were NOT asleep at thewheel, they were NOT EVEN AT THE WHEEL! Never in our history have so manyGovernment officials failed us (the American people) so utterly and the cost zo us has beenterrible not only in the number killed by terrorists but also in treasure (money).

After the Japanese attack at Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941 those military men andgovernment officials responsible for this disaster lost their jobs, heads rolled after Pearl

Harbor and men were put in charge who would protect us and do the job.

If I were a Corporate CEO and made a business mistake that cost my company billions ofdollars, putting it into the red, I'd be out of work, fired, and looking for employmentelsewhere.

The VERY SAME people who waltzed our nation into this nightmare are still in their jobs,still in charge at various levels and we are told to "trust them."!?!

Here is a factoid. It is estimated that there are approximately 15,000,000 Moslems in theU.S. and out of that number it is estimated that as many as 150,000 could be "deep cover"terrorists, That is potentially 150,000 terrorists in our midst. They are easy to spot for themost part but we will not use racial profiling (not politically correct) to check outsuspicious types. In other words, they are free to do their dirty work in cur midst and ourgovernment cannot protect us.

WE ARE GOING TO LOSE THIS WAR UNLESS...

When President Bush delayed the attack on terrorist bases in Afghanistan, when theyannounced a plan to drop tons of food on Afghanistan, when our military began to havetheir hands tied, when we are considering cessation of bombing raids for the Moslemholidays (one month) — we are seeing a familiar pattern, one seen during the Viet Nam warwhere our government progressively tied the hands of our military making it impossible towin but easy to bleed. We lost that war, a war we could have won any time we wanted to,but the liberals in charge didn't want to win.

The same people who were in charge that gave us September 1 1 `h are in charge of this waron terrorism and they are undermining us step by step even at this early stage.

The American people are being led down a pathway that leads to defeat and this defeat willcost us millions of our people and destruction on a scale that no one can comprehend evennow. We are at war and unless we fight for our lives, we are going to lose horribly here athome and abroad.

The plain truth is this, that unless we employ the power we have as a nation in full measureagainst these terrorists, anything less will be perceived as weakness and will only inviteeven more aggressive attacks against our people and homeland.

War is fairly basic and very brutal - you kill them or they will kill you, those are thechoices. If you don't want to fight then prepare to die because these people fully intend toeradicate our nation and murder our people until North America is a dead wasteland.

FOUR BLOWS HAVE COMETHERE ARE THREE BLOWS TO COME

When JESUS told us on July 8 th to Prophetically stand aside of the nation on July 12, 2001,this meant that God °s protective hedge around America had been removed, a decision madeby the Church leaders.

JESUS also told us on July 8, 2001 that we were to strike the earth seven times saying,"...SEVEN BLOWS FOR SEVEN JUDGMENTS TO COME IN QUICK SUCCESSION.THIS IS NOT SEVEN YEARS BUT SEVEN EVENTS AS LOOSED BY THE CHURCHIN AMERICA...."

When I wrote the last Newsletter entitled, "SO NOW, STAND ASIDE UNTIL BLOODRUNS ANKLE DEEP" I had the view that the terrorist attack of September 1 I `h was"ONE BLOW" and not "SEVEN BLOWS* " as one brother hoped/believed.

*Note - This brother noted that 7 buildings had been destroyed by the attack of 9/11/2001.

In the October 15` "Prophetic Update Specifically for Spokane" I shared the HOLY

SPIRIT insight into how JESUS' WORD of August 13, 1989 pertained to current events(a Word we have been looking at since June of this year). What I now saw was a sequencein current events through His Word of 1989.

JESUS said this (8/13/89) "...THE PACE OF JUDGMENTS WILL QUICKEN AND COMEIN SUDDEN SEVERE BLOWS...NOW IN A TIME NOT DISTANT PREPARE AGAINTO ENDURE A SHAKING..."

The "shaking" came on September 28, 2001 in Spokane (earthquakes) told me that theevents just prior to September 28' h would constitute the "SUDDEN SEVERE BLOWS."

Seeing and understanding this I soon made the connection between JESUS speaking of

BLOWS in 1989 to when He spoke of the SEVEN BLOWS July 8, 2001. That brought meto correct my view that the terrorist attack of September 11 `h was ONE BLOW, now Iunderstood it was THREE BLOWS (a BLOW for each building that was hit)

The anthrax attack that followed (presently the Congress has fled the Capital for the nextweek following an anthrax attack on the Senate) constitutes a FOURTH BLOW . If I wereto count each anthrax attack (Florida, Nevada, New York, Washington DC, ABC and NBC)we would have a total of 9 Blows (JESUS only spoke of 7 blows.) It is now clear (even tothe government) that these anthrax attacks are co-ordinated from one place, one source,thus it can be seen as ONE BLOW.

At this point there are THREE BLOWS yet to come, what they are is unknown; but as withthe terrorist attacks of September 1 t t" and the on-going anthrax attacks they are highlyvisible and hard not to see once they happen.

PERCEPTIVE BLINDNESSI have seen a report written by Rick Joyner dated September 25"" that frankly was a bitstunning. Rick Joyner wrote (Quote)

WHAT IS HAPPENING? To answer this first question it is crucial that we understandthat this attack on our country was the work of the devil, not God. Obviously the Lordallowed it, or it could not have happened. We do need to understand why he allowedit..... A ain, we need to settle that this is not ,iudgrent from God even though He allowedit. We mg wonder what the difference is. but there is a lot of d ifference, and understandingthe difference can greatly affect our actions.

In I Peter 4: 17 we read that `judgment begins with the household of God "If this werethe beginning of God's judgment then these planes should have hit churches, not

government or economic centers.....

We may be complaining about how the FBI and CIA should have been able to stop these

terrible tragedies, but we need to ask how these tragic events could have been changed ifChristians had reached out to the ones who carried them out?... " (Unquote)

Nancy-TONI read Rick Joyner's report and the HOLY SPIRIT gave Nancy-TONI a uniqueand interesting insight. To quote Nancy-TONI:

"As I read Rick Joyner's logic regarding the Scripture speaking of Judgment beginningwith the household of God, I. just knew that his interpretation couldn't be right andquestioned Jesus about it. The insight I received was quick and clear to me - judgmentDOES begin at the House of God but what this is speaking of is not Judgment Events butthe act of making a Judgment - a decision, a determination and judgment like a Judge ina courtroom would make. This made so much sense to me since all these years Jesus hasalways sent Chuck-JOHNEL to the House of God for their decision or_ judgment beforehaving him'us act prophetically. The most recent example being just earlier this year inJune and July when the Church leaders were asked to make a decision orjudgrnent whichin turn forced us to prophetically stand aside which loosed the Judgment Events ofSeptember I 1 t'. " (Unquote Nancy-TONI)

As far as "Christians reaching out to the terrorists"-- Christians working in Afghanistan torelieve the suffering and hunger of the people in that nation were arrested and are on trialfor their Iives for being Christians. We (Christians) reached out and the U.S. Governmenthas been sending S170 Million a year in aid to Afghanistan (food and medicine) for the pastten years.

What happened September 11 th was a "judgment" without question, it was an action thatsprang out of God's Law but not out of God's heart. Rick Joyner was correct in saying thatGod permitted it to happen, and he was correct in his estimation that the devil was the"doer." What he does not know is that the Church was the author of this judgment.

The kind of views as expressed by Church leaders like Rick Joyner only muddy the pictureof where America is at. The American people are displaying a level of arrogance and pridethat tells me that it will take even more horrific and thunderous blows of judgment togenuinely bring them to their knees.

THIS MINISTRY IS DEBT FREE

By the end of this September, 2001 we paid off the last remaining credit card debt of theMinistry with the wonderful level of support received from all of you.

In 1999 gifts sent to support this Ministry work began to increase. At the time I thought itwas the occasional spike we see in gifts from time to time but it persisted. This enabled usto begin a program to pay off the debt we have struggled with for years. Then JESUS toldme at the end of 1999 that He was providing this extra support to pay off the debt. We thendevoted our effort to budget your gifts to this end, to maximize payments against theMinistry debt.

At a certain point, aware that we were able to pay upwards of $1,800 a month against thedebt, I forecasted that we should clear this debt by October, 2001 if support remainedconstant. Well, gifts remained constant and by the end of this September, 2001 we had paidoff our Ministry debt.

We still have a level of personal debt but this is not on credit card and it is something wecan gradually cover without much strain.

We are very thankful to JESUS and to you for your faithfulness is sending gifts and wethank the Lord our God and all of you for your love and support. The last time this Ministrywas out of debt was in 1983. Since then and until now it has been mostly in and out of debtlike a roller coaster. Then in the 1990's we slipped into debt and for a long time it looked

clear it. We "had" to trim back Ministry operations and cut costs just to keep even with thedebt load but again, in 1999 things turned around, support increased and we began to workour way out of debt. Well, Praise the Lord JESUS CHRIST and thanks to your loving giftswe are debt free for the first time in many years. 'Thank you!

The 12-Year Judgment Cycle (chart above) was disrupted when we stood aside as JESUS'Word to Randy` in 1981 indicates that the year 1979 would be introduced into any yearwhen we stand aside. JESUS said (7120181) "NOW FOR THE TIMING, IT IS AS IFYOU WERE TO GO BACK TO 1979." Just how this will play out is uncertain, however,we have made some observations.

Many of the events of 1989 have reappeared this 2001 up until we stood aside (July 12,2001) after which some things happened and others didn't, something changed. It appearsto be a temporary change that effects the timing of some events throwing that timing offa month or more but in other cases some events from 1989 simply don't repeat.

For example, we were given a new/used car (the 1985 Mazda DLX 626) on September 22",of 1989. This new auto was important as the Lord purposed we accomplish a PropheticMission to the cities** to be hit by nuclear bombs before the accidental nuclear exchangehappens, and the auto we had at the time was not road worthy, it would not have made atrip from Washington State to the east Coast and back home. With the new/used 1985Mazda DLX 626 we were able to make the Prophetic Trip/Mission of 1989. The 1989Prophetic Mission was PART ONE of a Two Part Prophetic Mission, the Second Part tobe done (again visiting, prophesying and warning these cities) just before the bombs fall.

THE PARALLEL TO 1959 (Continued) Remember, that in September of1989 a massive hurricane named HUGO struck Charleston, SC followed by the majorearthquake in San Francisco October 17" 1989. "If ' this parallel to 1989 ran true then wewould have seen a major destroying hurricane hit the U.S. on September 28, 2001 — butnone hit the U.S. this year "after" we stood aside.

Again the parallel to 1989 has been disrupted but only in part, some is there and some isnot there.

The "good news" is that as we have NOT seen a major hurricane September 28, 2001 thenwe are not likely (very unlikely) to see a major earthquake strike San Francisco thisOctober 23, 2001.

The important observation is this: The year 1989 was a year when judgments wereloosed by Church Decisions but delayed in beginning by prayer intervention that got us 12years of mercy.

The final Church Decision seen this 2001 resulted in God removing His Hedge thatprotected America, which is basically the meaning of "standing aside" July 12, 2001. Butin "standing aside" JESUS' WORD of July 20, 1981 to Randy comes into focus,introducing the events of the year 1979 into the current picture.

I well remember the year 1979. It was a time of an intense call for prayer to withstandjudgments, a time where we began to see the judgments emerging and conforming to whatJESUS said would happen and come. Then in July of 1979 prayer obtained God's mercyand the judgments were cancelled for 1979 being delayed to another time.

It is obvious to me that once we "stood aside" as JESUS directed us to do on July 12, 2001that we introduced the patterns of 1979 into the year 2001, and this in effect shut-down thei mminent judgment events leading to a massive killer hurricane, a major earthquake in SanFrancisco and a major war in the Persian Gulf for 2001-2002.

How will this effect the 12-Year Judgment Cycle? I don't know at this time. It has takensome weeks to understand what is shared here.

The SEVEN BLOWS is something brand new, something loosed by Church Decision orJudgments by the Church that culminated this 2001.

In other words the present situation is very fluid, capable of sudden change where somejudgment events are delayed, other events are absent. However, once the 7 Blows havecome and once the Lord JESUS has us stand back in the GAP for the nation, things willchange again. We are going to have to simply pray and watch and wait to understand howthis will unfold.

BOUGHT A NEW CAR OCTOBER 6, 2001

This is quite a story in itself. In the past few months we have been able to put aside a littlehere and there (like chipmunks storing up for winter) towards buying a new or used car inthe near future. Our 1985 Mazda DLX626 is no longer road worthy, not unlike the Hondawagon we had in 1989 was no longer road worthy.`

*Note: By "road worthy" we mean to say it is no longer mechanically reliable for long trips andalso subject to unexpected breakdowns. In other words, it is worn out.

I was more or less prepared to begin a savings program to put aside a certain sum of moneyeach month towards a new/used car hopefully aiming to have enough for a decent downpayment by the end of 2002. The one thing I wanted to avoid was getting back in seriousdebt again. Since we had to bring the 1985 Mazda in for repairs so often this year Nancy-TONI asked if maybe we ought to buy a new car. I was not willing to do that while wecarried the old debt load, nor was I willing to do that until we had enough for a goodlydown payrncnt.

While I thought of a new car I also considered a used car, something more affordable.However, around here (Spokane) used cars are usually a disaster (worn out) as people drivecars today til they fall apart and then they sell them.

In the back of my mind I kept remembering that JESUS provided a new/used car in 1989to replace the Honda wagon we had that was mechanically worn out or in the same placethe 1985 Mazda is now. Then aware that the injection of the patterns of 1979 into this year(as explained) could delay or cancel certain 1989 events from repeating this 2001 I didn'tknow which way it would go.

By mid-September, 2001 we had enough money to make the final payment on the Ministrycredit card debt (the final bill didn't come in until the end of September), and once we madethat payment we would free of all Ministry debt. I was very thankful to the Lord and all ofyou for the help to reach that goal, one we worked towards for many years.

On September 17, 2001 we received an unusual gift in the amount of 55,000 for Ministryneeds and out of that we put aside a goodly sum towards a new/used car.

Then on September 28" we received a check in the sum of $4,500 earmarked for ourpersonal needs. The bulk of that (after a tithe and love offering) went into the savings fora new/used auto. By this time we now had 54.135 set aside for a new/used auto.

I pondered the 1989 parallel and recognized that if it would surface this 2001 then wewould either be given or be able to buy a new/used car by on/around September 22-28,

2001. But again, I was in no hurry and prepared to work to save what we could towards anew car through to the end of 2002.

On Friday October 5, 2001 we received a check the Lord directed a brother in the Lord(N,0.P. Intercessor) to send us in the sum of $10,000 for Ministry needs. I telephoned thisbrother to make sure (I did much the same with the other large gifts) he was not doingsomething that would hurt him financially and he indicated that he could send more if weneeded it.

I looked at the check for $10,000 somewhat bewildered, wondering out loud, "What are

we supposed to do with this? " Nancy-TONI intoned, "Buy a new car?!? "

I next telephoned Richard-DANIEL (my prayer partner) to ask for his discernment as towhether or not we should go ahead a buy a new car. Richard-DANIEL told me that onTuesday, October 2, 2001 JESUS gave him to know by the HOLY SPIRIT that we neededa new car and that He would provide for it.

Well, that was a quick answer!

In all of this I was a bit stunned, the rapidity of funding had caught me by surprise. I beganto be aware that I was caught up in God's Plan and doings and only vaguely aware of whatHe was doing and why. It is not that I have to know, rather it is that now and then you canbecome aware of a strong move of God and be swept in the move of the HOLY SPIRIT.

I didn't dwell on it and on Saturday after having breakfast Nancy-TONI and I went out tolook at car lots. We began with the Mazda/Mercury auto lot (which has a service sectionwhere we have the old Mazda fixed when it's needed).

We looked at new autos like the one we have and while the cars were nice, comfortable androomy they lacked trunk space, which we both noted. We didn't have a plan or intentionat this time, but we were being led of by the SPIRIT of GOD and asked to see their SUV's(Sports Utility Vehicles). To be frank, I never once dreamed of buying a SUV; in fact I hadno interest in them whatsoever.

The salesman showed us the Mazda Tributes (which we later learned were considered thebest engineered SUV's and best priced). We both liked the model on the lot that was greenin color, it was roomy, drove easily and had the extra space in the back seats and the kindof trunk space that satisfied us. We asked to start the paper work — this was the auto wewere going to buy.

All told (taxes, etc.) it came to $26,387.35. We put down $18,000 leaving a balance of

$8,387.35 to pay over the next 42 months (approx $200 a month).

0% Financing! Because car sales as so bad at this time they arc offering financing on newauto at O°/% interest, which means that all we have to pay is the balance of 58,387.35 andthat is it.

We have a year 2001 DX-V6 Mazda Tribute that has 4 wheel drive and a 16.4 gallongasoline tank (gets 18 mpg city and 24 mpg highway). We need to have installed "cruisecontrol" and a few other minor modifications.

A SENSE OF DREAD: When we asked to look at the SUV's it was because we had itclearly in mind that we needed to have extra carrying capacity in the event we are toundertake the East Coast Prophetic Mission which would mean having an added Prophet -(possibly two) passenger(s).

When we saw the Mazda Tribute it fit what we knew to get, it was as quick as that, Wedidn't shop around or research, we just knew that this auto was it and we signed the papersto buy it. We drove it home that day.

In the process of getting the paperwork done to buy the car I had a distinct sense orknowing of dread, aware that the Lord is moving "fast" to equip us with a vehicle forcoming Prophetic mission(s), one of which is the East Coast Prophetic work, a work to bedone just before the nuclear bombs fall on the U.S. in the Russian accidental nuclear attackof a December 14th.

The dread had to do with the inner knowing that we are drawing near to that day.

Could it be this year? I do not know, but I do believe that it is at least two years away -again, AT LEAST two years before the accidental nuclear attack happens.

If so, why the sudden move to provide a new auto? I don't know.

What I do know is this — that in 1989 the Lord moved a Christian couple in the Net ofPrayer to give us their second car, the 1985 Mazda 626 Deluxe, an auto we picked upSeptember 22, 1989 in the Cleveland, Ohio area and drove home. It was a scant month laterthat JESUS directed us to go out on the first Prophetic Mission to the east coast to preventthe outbreak of nuclear World War III that year as planned by demon forces.

Once that Prophetic Work was done we knew that it would be done once more and that thiswould happen just before the nuclear bombs actually fall on the U.S..

So, seeing the Lord JESUS provide the funds for this new car in such a short period of timedid not escape our attention and again, inwardly I knew it marked that there are someserious troubles ahead.

So, it is a Praise the Lord for His provision and an awareness that He is equipping us toconfront serious troubles that are just ahead of us to the saving of many who wouldotherwise perish.

30% and 70

You may remember that back in 1985 JESUS spoke of Nancy-TONI as His faithful-obedient Prophet and another as His faithless-disobedient prophet and that Nancy-TONIrepresented 70% or that the prayers of the faithful-obedient would spare 70% out of anytrouble. The faithlessness and disobedience of the other portion of the body of Christ asrepresented by another prophet would result in 30% being lost out of any disaster ortrouble.

It now appears that about 6,000 perished in the terrorist attacks of September 11 `'' and thatabout 20,000 to 30,000 lives were spared (they were able to escape before the collapse).

This and other estimates more or less falls into the category of the revelation of 1987 of70% spared and 30% lost.

My understanding of JESUS' WORD of August 13, 1989 (that has moved to fulfillmentthis 2001) is that anytime past September 28, 2001 the [ass of life in North America isgoing to be much higher than at any previous time. What I perceive is that instead of 70%spared and 30% lost it will, according to what JESUS told us in 1985, reverse to 70% Iostand 30% spared. This is what I perceive is before us now.

When JESUS told me to write President Bush and do what He led me to do in 1981(meaning to ask those on the mailing list to write the President) I wondered about that alittle. I sent my September 17, 2001 letter to President George W. Bush certified mail witha delivery receipt requested. I also sent copies to the Secret Service in the White House andcopies to many others.

In 1981 my letter to President Reagan was NOT received, instead a letter sent by a brotherliving in Oregon (who also wrote then vice-President Bush in 1981) did get through. I'veestimated that about 300 letters were written to President Reagan warning of the

JESUS showed me (in 1981) that agents of the Illuminati were destroyingthat mail as it arrived in the White House, so that's why He led me to ask others to write -to get past that blockage and to alert those who protect the President (the Secret Service).

When Special Agents Johan and Max* arrived here at 10 AM October 11, 2001 I shortlylearned that my letter was never seen by the Secret Service* * although I had a delivery cardstamped by the White House indicating it had been delivered September 24, 2001.

We are living in ve ry dangerous times and these men do not need their identity (names)to be made public. This is my decision and not their request, though the primary expressed appreciation.

They spent two hours here, questioning me, searching the house (we gave permission),getting release forms to access our finances, medical records, taking three sets of fingerprints, 7 photos (of yours truly). Many of the questions were related to things like whetheror not I've ever suffered a head trauma, am on psychotic drugs had been in a mentalinstitution, have mental illness, whether I'm suicidal or have urges to kill — in other wordsthey were seeing if I fit the profile of a psychopath.

From what the primary agent told me they have long since purged their records of me from1981 and 1983 and so they don't know me and had to do this. It was two hours ofanswering questions while the agent filled out forms. I was willing to submit to this for thesake of President George W. Bush.

To be direct, although the primary agent was polite he was very different from the agentsI met and talked to in 1981. They asked like kind of questions in 1981 but mostly theyasked what it was I knew and what they should do to protect the President (Reagan). Thistime they were more concerned with the fact that I own guns and they asked (repeatedly)if I ever attended any Political Rallies for Bush. They wa rned me from going toWashington, DC or trying to see the President and said they didn't want me to w rite thePresident anymore so in other words they saw me as a threat. I came away from theexperience with the distinct awareness that I had been violated; more I was struck by a sick-to-the stomach feeling that was difficult to overcome.

I finally realized that the sick-to-my stomach feeling was an awareness that somethingterrible was going to happen - and I got this knowing that swept into my soulish feelingseach time I came into contact with the primary Secret Service agent. I don't know what willhappen, but I don't want to be around them when it does happen.

The agents showed no real interest in the substance of the revelation of GOD or JESUS'WORD about the terrorist plot against our President. Instead they were seeing me as athreat and not-so-subtly they worked to intimidate me, I guess to get me to shut-up. Thiswas NOT done by the agents of 1981, rather to the contra ry .

JESUS had me review His Word to me September 17 th and I recognized that I'd done allHe asked of me, wa rn ing the President, reaching the Secret Service and writing three lettersof counsel. With the present anthrax scare letter writing to anyone in government is goingto be a waste of time - letters will end up in warehouses stacked in piles, unopened.

Personally the paradox for me is the fact that in 1983 the HOLY SPIRIT showed me visionsof terrorists who planned to ram a truck filled with explosives into the White House. I wrotethe FBI and CIA in 1983 and warned them of this plot and suggested they do something toblock direct road access to the White House as this 5 ton truck the te rrorists had could gainenough momentum to crash through the gates. That November, 1983 they responded andfollowed the counsel as had the Secret Service with Reagan in 1981 — this time parkingtrucks filled with sand all around the White House blocking direct road access. To this daythey now have permanent steel reinforced cement pillars around the White House and thezig-zag route to the gate. As I recall they replaced the White House gate in 1983, findingthat it could be crashed through.

So now I'm backing away from any further le tter writing to President Bush and turning tothe work of prayer before us to cover him `In The Spirit.'

THE TINY STAR

We have prayed since 1982 for God's help against an object we call a "Tiny Star" that ishurtling through space headed on a collision course for earth. In 1989 when JESUS spokeof the killers aiming at Bush. He also mentioned the tiny star (see His Word at bottom ofthis page) and that it would be visible in 76 days for a brief moment. Nancy-TONI recentlycounted the 76 days from the day JESUS gave that Word and it fell on November 1 stl2nd.Trouble is coming from many different directions, this is a time to draw near and stay nearto JESUS and a time to pray to change what can be changed, to pray for what mercy canbe obtained against coming judgment, to see lives spared not lost, to see God's helpextended through pray to those in need.
