Slide 2 OCR Nationals ICT Unit 1 Task 4 Grade C Task Overview In this task you will use word processing or desktop publishing software to create a variety of appropriate business documents relevant to the French trip. These must include a letter and at least two other documents. You must use the text that you prepared in Task 1 in one or more of your documents. You should use any appropriate information from Task 2 in your documents. For higher levels you should ensure that all your documents have a consistent style. Using the Booklet This booklet contains everything you will need to complete this task, divided up into 2 sections. 1.RED SECTIONS Explain exactly WHAT you have to do. 2.GREEN SECTIONS - Give you the space to put your evidence Slide 3 Task 4 Part A Part A NOT REQUIRED FOR GRADE C OCR Nationals ICT Unit 1 Task 4 Grade C Slide 4 Task 4 Part B Part B YOU CANNOT USE ANY TEMPLATES TO CREATE ANY OF THE DOCUMENTS BELOW, YOU MUST DESIGN THEM FROM SCRATCH. 1.Design and create a letter to be sent to parents so they can give permission to go on the French trip. 2.You must create a single page flyer that gives an overview of how the students will be getting to France and what they might be doing once they are there (you should use the information you collected in Task 2). 3.You must create a four page booklet explaining all of the information you collected in Task 1 to students. 1.In your documents you should Include at least 1 example of each of the following: a)Clip art images. b)Internet images. 2.In your documents you must show evidence of the following: a)Formatting the text (font, style, size). b)Formatting paragraphs (e.g. justification, indents, line spacing, tabs).
