Task 3 Part APart ADesign and create a presentation of at least five slides about the appropriate use of email in business contexts. You must include suitable text and graphics in your presentation. The graphics could be screenshots taken from email software. Your presentation must cover: Sending an email message to more than one recipient Appropriate use of Forward (FW:/FWD:) and Reply (RE:) Using appropriate subjects and message text in all emails, including adding appropriate text to replies and forwarded emails Sending, receiving, saving and opening email attachments safely The risks of receiving and opening email attachments Actions that could be taken to reduce the risks of opening email attachments. Creating and using an email signatureEffective use of cc and bcc Setting priority (high and low importance) Using of an address book to store, retrieve and using email addresses and details of personal contacts

YOU WILL CREATE 1 POWERPOINT FOR THE STUDENTS TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING THEY NEED TO KNOW (DETAILED IN THE PREVIOUS RED SLIDE)

YOU WILL THEN USE THAT POWERPOINT TO SCREENPRINT AND PUT THE EVIDENCE IN THIS POWERPOINT.
