What Does OCR Do? • Administers civil rights laws within its

• An allegation that your institution has:
– Unlawfully discriminated against a student, parent, applicant (or, more rarely, an employee);
– Unlawfully retaliated against a student, parent, applicant (or, more rarely, an employee).
