Preface

Dear aiesecer member,It is an honor for me to officially announce to open recruitment for OCP Youth Talk

of AIESEC OE UNSRI 14/15. This opportunity is to provide leadership experience to

AIESEC OE UNSRI member by developing your potential in local level.

We would like to invite you to be a part of the journey to increase and expand the

capacity of AIESEC OE UNSRI. We are welcoming those who want to challenge

themselves to get out from their comfort zone to contribute themselves as well as

bringing AIESEC OE UNSRI to the next level.

This term would be the best moment to create a new history and we realize that

we need people who wants to be a part of this mission. Like what we purpose for

this term :

“ Is being a role model by delivering the AIESEC Values through professionalism

and good engagement to every youth for achieving goals ”

I believe the single most significant decision, you can make on a day-to-day basis is

your choice of attitude. It is more important than your past, your education , your

bankroll , your successes or failures, fame or pain, what other people think of you

or say about you , you circumstances, or your position. Attitude keeps you going or

cripples your progress. It alone fuels your fire or assaults your hope. When your

attitudes are right, there is no barrier too high, no valley too deep, ni dream too

extreme, no challenge too great for you .

So remember, do not worry about holding high position, worry rather about

playing your proper role and see you in the interview session .

General DefinitionIn 2013, we wanted to discover what really mattered to the millennials and

spread awarness of how young people perceived of the world. The result?

24,000 youth worldwide, with 98% being generation Y, shared their voice and

enabled us discover several key fact. The newly refreshed Youth Speak

2020 is an incredible opportunity to dive deeper into what young people

from over 100 coutries and territories care about. To discover what matter

to them today and in the future.

The Themes

Your Action – By understanding what matters to young

people and their aspirations for the future, society will be

better equipped to provide young people with relevant

skills and tools to activate their leadership, so they can

lead the positive change in the world.

Activating Youth – By discovering what young

people are passionate about today, and

monitoring trends for the future, we are able to

connect the dots beetwen their motivations and

their desire for impact.

Understanding Youth – By understanding young people

today we can create effective learning environmet that

match their behaviours and needs. To connect things that

matter to them and maximize the ability to engage and

develop youth through the insights of YouthSpeak.

We want to make a mini seminar for youth

people about the creativity, awareness of

society, or youthpreneur to make them realized

the important things that they can do it for this

world. We’ll invited the national speaker and

local speaker for this session. And we’ll

collaborate with AIESEC national partner.
