in excavation and soil work, in repair,

maintenance or reconstruct work,in assemble and dismantle work and

in demolishing work.

Occupational safety plan

Before starting the contractor complies a safety plan in writing:

1. Working stages, duration2. List of dangerous work3. Arrange of transportation refuses4. Resources against noise, vibration, air pollution5. Plan of assemble and dismantle scaffold6. Plan of asbestos work7. Plan of disaster8. First aid on the site

The contructor appoints the coordinator for the site for the working period.

There should be at least one general checking a week during what the working order is checked.

About checking the acts must be written.

The night worker`s general hour constraint - 8 hours during 24 hours in 7 days regard period.

Working hours and leisure time-8 hours a day (full time job), all hours together max 48 hours in 7 days period.Presupposed leisure time is on Sat. and Sun.

Before New Year, Independence Day, Victory Day and Christmas Eve working day shortens 3 h.

Overtime – employee and employer may agree about it.

Employer awards it with leisure time or 1,5 fold payment.Working at night time – 1,25 fold payment.Working at Public Holiday – 2 fold payments.

Under age employee • Contract needs an application written by a legal

representative.• Using 7-14 year the employer has to ask the

factory inspector for acceptation. • Every year vacation is 35 days• Full time job:

7-12 years 3 h / day, 15 h / 7 days period13-14 years 4 h / day, 20 h / 7 days period15 years 6 h / day, 30 h / 7 days period16-17 years 7 h / day, 35 h / 7 days period

Overworking hours with under age employee are futile and they don´t have to work from 20.00 to 6.00.

In age 13 – 14 or 15 – 16 compulsory school attendance can work on construction only in cleaning and burnishing work.
