and gentlemen In addition to the members being pres- ent ¬ Exalted Ruler Stephen Jewett opened the service Acting Secretary George Blitch called the role of the deceased members Rev G H Har- rison ¬ offered a prayer and after the formal opening of the session or sor ¬ row Mr Jewett made a short talk and introduced pev Harrison who delivered a short but touching and eloquent address on the our princi- ples ¬ of the order charity justice brotherly love and fidelity Rev Har ¬ rison held the closest attention of both the visitors and the Elk who greatly appreciated his talk The quartet composed of Mrs R G Blake I Mrs Harry Lapham and Messrs JJ and A E Gerig sang a beautiful song and Mrs E H Mote rendered a solo entitled Homeland Mrs Mote has one of the most beautiful voices i the
