1.1 OBJECTIVE OF REPORT

In going through the Industrial Training, not just practical aspects were assess, but it involve

the overall of theory and creativity of preparation the final report based on the formats. The

 preparation of final report also required in order to evaluate what have been practiced in

forms of office report. These are some of objectives the final report :-

i. With the requirement of preparation final report, students can learned method to prepare the

right writing based on its format, so that the report can be easily understand, nicely, formally

and organied.

ii. !ased on the report, we can e"plains and describe in details all the activities or tas#s

underta#en with the supporting documents to be attached.

iii. $ct as module for a student who undergo Industrial Training especially in their presentation,

so that it can helps give an idea based on the information in reports.

iv. With the preparation of final report, students also be able to arrange their report nicely andorganied besides assist them in written the main contents.

v. %ncourage the discipline attitude for students to records or write down all the tas#s or

activities, so that they can #now what have been learned during Industrial Training from time

to time.

vi. &tudents also can get lot of information about the company bac#grounds and the scope of

wor# with the requirement preparation of final report.

vii. 'inal report can represents the performance during Industrial Training by showing whether

the students can adapt with the process of real wor#ing through the daily tas#s carried out.
