presents Prepared & Embraced for Autumn Winter
2013. The thought provoking collection of overcoats is
an inaugural design collaboration which combines the
creative forces of both oba and the artisan designer label
dra/wn.
Prepared & Embraced, inspired by Anne Frank, Louise
Bourgeois, Mother Teresa, Emily Dickinson, Eileen Chang,
Frida Kahlo, Julia Child, the Soong Sisters and Susan
Sontag, is a collection that weaves emotional dialogue
into a material response to the ways in which people
respond to their own mortality.
