Independence Grove, Lake County Illinois Forest Preserve
Whether you want to fish, paddle or take the kiddos for a bike or boat ride, the marina at Independence Grove Forest Preserve in Libertyville has a variety of bikes, boats and other small watercraft to choose from. Centered around a 115-acre lake, this preserve offers Oasis campers a variety of opportunities for outdoor recreation and nature education. Surrounding
prairie and woodlands provide a picturesque backdrop for hiking, biking, picnicking and other fun activities.
