• We have not set specific traffic patterns in the common area corridors.We ask that you create three lanes of traffic leaving the center lane emptyto promote social distancing.

• Elevator queuing should occur on the wall opposite the elevators so that people can safely exit the cars on arrival.

• Stairwells have been designated for one-way travel to accomodatetraffic flow, Stair A - Up only Stair B - Down only

Additional considerations:

• Please limit on-site meetings with guests and visitors for the first30 days.

• Please no handshaking, fist bumps, contact, etc. until further notice.

Traffic patterns

• Face coverings are required for entry into the building. Signage isvisible at every entrance.

• Per Illinois2 and Oak Brook3 orders, face coverings are mandatory inpublic/common areas for people over the age of two and medically ableto wear a face covering.

• Hand sanitizer stations are located in the first floor elevator lobby androtunda entrances.

• Temperature readings will not be taken upon entry to the building,individuals are encouraged to monitor at home for symptoms,including fever.

• If you are exhibiting Covid-19 symptoms please STAY HOME.

Physical distancing of 6 feet should be maintained wherever possible.•

Tenants are responsible for implementing adequate measures to manage social distancing within their leased space. Common measures they will consider will likely include:

• Office layout and configuration changes tomanage office numbers and spacing.

• Removal of furniture.

• Installations of partitions

• Altered circulation pathways

• Signage and welcome packs with instructions

• Enhanced cleaning checkpoints

• Provision of hand sanitizer and face coverings

*Social distancing approach and planning activities must be reviewed and approved by the client based on their interpretation of the CDCGuidelines. JLL recommends using a 7.5 foot diameter social distancing planning circles (approximately 2.3 meters) which is what has been illustrated in the sample plans provided above.

• There will be a limit on congregation in Oak Brook Regency Tower'slobby and common area corridors. We encourage tenants to keepthese areas open for travel and not gather in groups larger than four.

• Lobby signage is in compliance with COVID-19 orders on social distancingand requiring face covering to enter the building.

Bathrooms

• Please limit bathroom occupancy to a maximum of three people.

• Please remember to wash your hands and dispose of any paper in thetrash recepticles provided (toilets are not trash recepticles).

Common Area Spaces

• Bathrooms will be sanitized multiple times per day.

• Masks and other PPE are not biodegradable and should not be put in thetoilets.

The hours and availability of these areas have been restricted to follow state and local orders. Open and closed areas:

• Common area corridors remain open, please maintain social distancing.

• Conference center remains closed until further notice.

• Fitness center remains closed until further notice.

• Bicycle parking areas remain available for use.

• Picnic areas remain closed until further notice.

• Designated smoking areas remain open, please do notcongregate in these areas.

Delivery location

• Individual food deliveries must be picked up in the Rotundas

• We are asking tenants to come down to the Rotunda to pick up their fooddeliveries to eliminate additional outside individuals coming into thebuilding. Please ask your delivery person to telephone you when theyarrive so that you can meet them in the Rotunda.

• Special consideration will be observed for large deliveries.

Foodsby

• Foodsby continues to drop off in the Gift Shop.

• Foodsby offers contact-free delivery from your favorite local restaurants.

Fooda

• Fooda lunch service will begin as soon as building occupancy levels riseto meet their requirements.

HVAC systems:

• Building Air Handling Units utilize MERV-10 prefilters andMERV-13 bag filters in compliance with CDC guidelines.

• Air Handling Unit coils and condensate pans have been disinfected.

• Outside air intake has been increased to 100% whenever possibleand at no time will it fall below 20% per ASHRAE standards.

Water systems:

• Domestic water systems are being flushed on a regular basis.

• Chlorine levels are being monitored.

• Restroom fixtures and water fountains are flushed weekly.

• Tenant sinks are flushed weekly

• We recommend that Tenants flush their water supplied equipment priorto utilizing it (ice makers, coffee machines, water machines, etc.Please call your service provider if you are unsure how to do this.

• Non-emergency work orders will be preformed during off shifts wheneverpossible.

• Face coverings will be worn by building staff upon entering tenant spaces.

• Sneeze guards are installed at security stations.

• Face coverings and gloves are required for work in Tenant spaces.

• Delivery services will not require signatures
