Choosing an Elective• Students will select their electives via Google Forms. • Week of May 14th Course descriptions sent home in Parent Folders. Review
with your child and mark selection. Parent signature is required. Return signed form to 6th grade teacher.
• Friday, May 18 The link to the Google Form will be available on Oak’s website.• Friday, May 25 Forms must be completed. Google Form link will be closed.
Oak does not guarantee that students will get their first choice but we doour best to accommodate the requests.
