Current line losses for the year were 35%
The belief cycle impact
The previous belief of the trainees was that line losses can be brought down to 31% or max 30%and further reduction was not possible
After the session………….
The transformationThe belief was switched to a new standard
The trainees declared that given no bureaucratic interferences, they would be able to bring down the reduction in line losses to only 5% !

The Lead Trainer
Syed Hassan Abbas, a management accountancy professional is thefounder of Oaj e Kamal. He has conducted more than 500 sessions and trained more than 3000 executives in government and private sector.Hassan specializes in duplicating excellence and organisational turn around through altering belief systems and identity shifts.
At present he is a consultant trainer to a number of organizations in capital city.
He has his expertise in developing Peak Performance Strategies, remuneration packages designing for high motivation, performance evaluation budgeting and designing organagrams, that minimize costs.
He has also been a writer/columnist in “Pakistan Observer” and “National Herald Ttribune” and currently runs his blog(www.loveredefined.net).
