1. Introduction

OTIMA twisted pair transmission products are designed for CCTV signal transmission over unshielded twisted pair cable (CAT 5 network cable). These smart cabling system transmission are an alternative solution to coaxial and fiber based systems, and providing following benefits: ► The fast, easy, and low-cost way to connect a CCTV camera to a monitor, multiplexer, or video recorder.

► Substantial savings on the cost of the cable itself.

2. Video Transmission Range

Passive: No power required

Active: DC 12 volt or AC 24 volt power required Passive Transmitter ► Passive Receiver: Range: Color – 400m

Video Ground Loop Isolator: it could reduce “Ground Loop Interference” with CCTV signals and can easily install in a new or added to existing systems. It is useful where a video signal is transmitted via cable between points with different ground potentials, differences in ground potentials a typically caused by unbalanced power line loads.

Video Transformer Filter: The reason to cause “rolling” image is from the power interference during transmission or the video transmission range is too big between 2 or multi channels to have the signal not balanced. Using the Video Transformer Filter to extra interference rejection.
