Introduction This user's guide will introduce and explain the basic method and process for an IWUF member federation to register its participants which will participate in the 13th World Wushu Championships, which will take place in Jakarta, Indonesia in November 2015. The online registration will constitute the final registration and entry of a team into the 13th World Wushu Championships. All entries must be submitted in full through the IWUF Online Registration System which can be found at http://www.justtool.com/Iwuf/ . The deadline for the online submission of final entry is the 11th of October 2015. Registration Process

• Log In Log in with your respective federations' username and password. Ensure that you select the correct event that you are registering for on the left hand panel of the landing page. (see image 1)

• Add NewParticipants

Click on "Add New Participants" on the left hand panel in order to enter a new participants full personal details.

• Manage Participants

Existing participants will also need to be updated as we have included a new field for details required clarifying the role of the participant. The selection options include the following: Taolu Athlete; Sanda Athlete; Taolu Judge; Sanda Judge; Other Please ensure that you specify the correct role for each participant in order for their name to appear as a selection option in the relevant drop down box. (see image 2) - Please create all the user profiles of your entire delegation that will attend the

13th World Wushu Championships before proceeding on to the event registration sections.

• 13th World Wushu Championships Registration Click on the "13th World Wushu Championships" under the "Event Registration" section on the left panel to start the event registration.

- The first page that will open is the Taolu event registration. This is separated into two sections, namely "Individual Events" and "Duel Events". (see image 3)

- From each drop-down box, select the participants and their competition events. (Please take note of the 13th WWC regulations regarding limitations regarding this).

- Once you have completed selecting all your participants for the various taolu events click on the "save" button at the bottom of the page.

- Next click on the "Sanda" tab in the top section of the page to submit your

relevant sanda athletes into the competition. - Within each drop down box, select your male and female athletes and then

select their respective weight divisions.(Please take note of the 13th WWC regulations regarding limitations regarding this). (see image 4)

- Once you have selected all your sanda athletes click on the "save" button at the bottom of the page.

- Next click on the "Judge" tab in the top section of the page to submit your relevant taolu and/or sanda judges into the competition. Please ensure that you input each judge's currently valid IWUF Judges Certificate Number.

- Once you have submitted your relevant judge's information please click on the "save" button at the bottom of the screen.

- Next click on the "Team Officials" tab in the top section of the page to submit your relevant taolu and/or sanda judges into the competition.(Please take note of the 13th WWC regulations regarding limitations regarding this). (see image 5).

- Once you have submitted your relevant team officials please click on the "save" button at the bottom of the screen.

- Next click on the "Observers" tab in the top section of the page to submit any observers you team has that will attend the 13th WWC. Should your delegation include more than 20 observers, please contact the secretariat to assist you.

- Once completed, click on the "save" button at the bottom of the screen. - Next click on the "Travel Info" tab in the top section of the page. It is required

that you submit your entire delegations full travel details into the system at the time of registration in order for your final entry to be accepted.

- Click on the "+Add" button to input a single participants travel details. This will open a "Create New Travel Detail" page, in which you should select a participant from the drop-down box and input all of his/her travel details. Once completed click "save". (see image 6)

- You will then return to the "Travel Details" main page and you will see the travel details of participant that you just entered listed.(see image 7)

- Repeat the above step for each person in your delegation.

- Next click on the "Hospitality" tab in the top section of the page. It is required that you submit your entire delegations full hospitality requirements details into the system at the time of registration in order for your final entry to be accepted.

- Click on the "+Add" button to input a single participants travel details. This will open a "Create New Hospitality" page, in which you should select a firstly the type of accommodation required (either 3-star, 4-star or 5-star) and the room type required (either single room or double room). If there you are reserving a single room for a participant, you should only input the relevant details in the

"First Person" section. If you are reserving a double room for 2 of your participants, you should complete the "First Person" and the "Second Person" sections, and these two participants will then be arranged to share a room. Once completed click "save". (see image 8)

- You will then return to the "Hospitality" main page and you will see the rooming details and costs of the participant that you just entered listed. You will also see the full financial total for your hospitality or your delegation at the bottom of the page. (see image 9)

- Please take note that the organizing committee will make your delegations hotel reservations in line with the information you submit in this section and you will be responsible for the financial aspects in this regard.

- Repeat the above step for each person in your delegation.

- Next click on the "Music Upload" tab in the top section of the page. This section is required to be completed should you have submitted any Taijiquan or Taijijian Taolu competitors.

- You will then see listed within the relevant categories your registered athletes. (see image 10)

- For your athletes that you have registered into the Optional Taijiquan and/or Optional Taijijian divisions, please click on the "Choose File" button next to their names to upload the respective Taijiquan or Taijijian music off of your computer. (Please take note of the following requirements for your music file: File Format: MP3 Format; Bitrate: 192 kbps; Audio Channels: 2; Sample rate: 44100 Hz).

- For your athletes that you have registered into the Compulsory Taijiquan divisions, please select the accompanying music you require from the drop-down box.

- Once done, please click the "Save" button at the bottom of the screen, and the music will begin to upload. Please wait for this to complete.

- You will then be able to review the music you have uploaded and/or selected by pushing the "play" button next to each athlete. Ensure these are correct before moving on. You should also bring a copy of your team’s music along on a USB flash drive to the 13th WWC.

- Next click on the “Degree of Difficulty” tab in the top section of the page. This section is required to be completed should you have submitted athletes in any optional taolu events competitors.

- You will then see listed within the relevant categories your registered athletes.(see image 11)

- There are two areas that should be submitted for each athlete, namely “Difficulty Registration” and the“Compulsory Technique Registration”.

- Click on the “Enter” button under “Difficulty Registration” to begin the Degree of Difficulty registration for each of your athletes.

- This will open the screen for you to enter the degree of difficulty techniques and connections for the relevant athletes’ routine. By clicking the “+” button you will add one more slot in which to enter difficulty codes.

- Within each slot you are required to enter the Degree of Difficulty code, in sequence, as it will be performed by the athlete. While entering codes, a drop-down box will appear and list the available codes within each category, which you may click on to select.

- Please ensure in a single slot that you enter the degree of difficulty technique and the connection technique if applicable.

- Once selected, each degree of difficulty technique and connection will be shown in the “Technique Name” column for your review. (see image 12)

- Continue as above until you have input all the degree of difficulty techniques and connections that will be executed by your athlete in the respective routine.

You will see the registered degree of difficulty values listed on the screen.(see image 12)

- Once completed click the “save” button at the bottom of the screen. Once saved, click the “Back” button on the bottom of the screen to return to the Degree of Difficulty main section.

- Click on the “Enter” button under “Compulsory Technique Registration” to begin the compulsory techniques registration for each of your athletes

- From the drop-down boxes, please select all the Compulsory Techniques the athlete will perform in sequence. Once completed, click the “save” button at the bottom. (see image 13)

- Repeat the above for all the athletes competing in optional taolu events before moving on.

- Next click on the “Submit” tab in the top section of the page.

- In this section you will see all your previously saved information. Review it all

carefully.

- If all the information is complete and correct, read the closing clause at the

bottom of the page, and click the “I Agree” block.

- Input your full name and designation as well as your email address in the

relevant blocks and then click the “Submit”. (see image 14)

- This will submit your final entry, a confirmation copy of the entire registration

will be sent to the email address you have specified. This should be printed

and brought along by your team to the 13th World Wushu Championships.
