    KEYS:- There are 4 keys function in the mother board.KEY1 - TARE/ENTERKEY2 - MODE/INCREMENTKEY3 - CAL PRESS/SHIFTKEY4 - CAL_ENTER/PRINT/DECREMENT

    NORMAL SCALE SETTING:-FIRM NAME SETTING:-

    Indicator allows, entering 18 alphanumeric Character name i.e. (A-Z, 0-9, BLANK)Steps:

    1. 1st Switch OFF the scale, then Press & hold KEY2 (MODE / INCREMENT) & switch ONthe scale.

    2. Display shows UNLOCK, now release KEY 2.3. Now press KEY1 (TARE), Display will blank for password entry. Enter UNLOCK PASS

    2900 with the help of KEY2 (MODE / INCREMENT), KEY3 (CAL PRESS / SHIFT) andKEY4 (DECREMENT) then press tare key.

    4. Display -shows CHPASS then press tare key, then enter PARAMETER LOCK PASSCUSTOME (IF NEEDED) with the help of KEY2 (MODE / INCREMENT) and KEY3(CAL PRESS / SHIFT) and then press tare key.

    5. Display shows NAME1, now press the tare key.6. Now display shows old name, enter new names first 6 ALPHA NUMERIC CHARACTERS

    with the help of KEY2 (MODE / INCREMENT), KEY3 (CAL PRESS / SHIFT) and KEY4(Decrement), then Press KEY1 (TARE) key to save the name And for next 6 digitalphanumeric name.

    7. Now Repeat the steps 5 and step 6 for NAME 2 & NAME 3 settings.8. Press KEY1 (TARE) key to save the name.9. Now NAME setting is complete.10. The saved name will be shows as rolling name when system starts.11. Now Printer name setting comes please refer printer name setting for further

    1. After name setting done, press KEY1 (TARE), Display shows

  • 32. PNAM1:- now press the KEY1 (TARE) key.3. Now display shows old name, enter new names first 6 ALPHA NUMERIC CHARACTERS

    with the help of KEY2 (MODE / INCREMENT), KEY3 (CAL PRESS / SHIFT) and KEY4(Decrement), then Press KEY1 (TARE) key to save the name.

    4. PNAM2 to PNAM8 Repeat the steps 1 and step 2 for PNAM 2 to PNAM8 settings.5. Press KEY1 (TARE) key to save the printer name setting. Display shows

    NOTE: PNAME 1 to 3 is used for 16 character header1 of slip which is to be bold ornot boldPNAME4 to PNAME8 is 30 character header2 of slip

    6. PFEED:- Shows old value of paper feed at the end of slip, Increment the value ofpaper feed by KEY2 (MODE / INCREMENT) and KEY4 (DECREMENT) and Press KEY1(TARE) to store new setting.NOTE: PFEED value can be 0 to 9, as per value it will blank space at theend of each slip is printed

    PARAMETER SETTINGS:-Steps:

    1. 1st Switch OFF the Scale, then Press & hold KEY3 (CAL PRESS / SHIFT) & switch onthe scale.

    2. Display shows PASS. Now release KEY 3 & press KEY1 (TARE), then enterPARAMETER LOCK PASS CUSTOM (Set in Name setting) with the help of KEY2(MODE / INCREMENT), KEY3 (CAL PRESS / SHIFT) and KEY4 (Decrement) then presstare key. If password is wrong display shows pass then Re-enter correct password.NOTE: Default Password is 0000 if custom pass is not set.

    3. Display shows PARMTR. Now press the KEY1 (TARE). Display shows CS i.e. capacityselection.

    4. Now select capacity as per requirement using KEY2 (MODE / INCREMENT) (CS=1 forcapacity 1, CS=2 for capacity 2 & CS=3 for capacity 3) then Press KEY1 (TARE).

    5. Display shows CAP1, then press KEY1 (TARE).6. Display shows last stored capacity 1, enter new capacity with the help of KEY2 (MODE

    / INCREMENT), KEY3 (CAL PRESS / SHIFT) and KEY4 (DECREMENT) then press KEY1(TARE) to store new capacity.

    7. Display shows ACC1 it shows old, for entering new value, increment the accuracy byKEY2 (MODE / INCREMENT) and Press KEY1 (TARE),

    8. Display shows DP1 it shows old, for entering new value, increment the dp segment byKEY2 (MODE / INCREMENT) and Press KEY1 (TARE).

    9. Then repeat the steps 5, 6, 7 and step 8 for CAP2 & CAP3 settings with its Accuracyand dp settings. Press KEY1 (TARE). Display shows,

    10. AUTO ZERO (A 0) SETTING:- Increment the value of auto off / zero tracking valueby KEY2 (MODE / INCREMENT) and Press KEY1 (TARE). Display shows,

    11. DUMMY ZERO (D 2):- Increment the DMY value by KEY2 (MODE / INCREMENT) toactivate dummy zero and press KEY1 (TARE). Display shows,

    12.MODE SETTINGS:- This mode is used for different mode of the weighing, whichincludes following different types of the weighing,To select different mode select as per given below,Select 0 = To weighing/work in normal i.e. in grams or in kgs.Select 1 = To weighing/work in Piece countingSelect 2 = To weighing/work in liter

    13. DSP SETTING:-This mode is for saving electricity or power. If the all six digit will glow in standby modethe electricity consumption is more. To save the electricity only single digit will glow instandby mode by selecting the,Select 0 = Shows all zero. For DP3 it shows 0.000Select 1 = For single digit glow (To save electricity). Single zero on screenSelect 2 = For only running dp (Decimal Point) glow (To save more electricity)Press KEY1 (TARE), Display shows,

    14. LITER:- Press KEY1 (TARE). Now display shows old liter value enter new litervalue by KEY2 (MODE / INCREMENT), KEY3 (CAL PRESS / SHIFT) and KEY4(DECREMENT) then press KEY1 (TARE) to store new liter value, Display shows,NOTE: Enter liter value as how much liter for 1kg, For eg. If 940ml liter =1kg then enter 940 here.

    15. LACC:- Press KEY1 (TARE). Now display shows old liter accuracy value enternew liter value by KEY2 (MODE / INCREMENT), KEY3 (CAL PRESS / SHIFT) andKEY4 (DECREMENT) then press KEY1 (TARE) to store new liter accuracy value, Displayshows,

    16. STCT:- Now display shows old stability count value, enter new stability countvalue by KEY2 (MODE / INCREMENT) and KEY4 (DECREMENT) then press KEY1(TARE) to store new value, Display shows,Note: Better result and stability keep it 3

    17. STTM:- Now display shows old stability time value, enter new stable time valueby KEY2 (MODE / INCREMENT) and KEY4 (DECREMENT) then press KEY1 (TARE) tostore new value, Display shows,Note: Better result and stability keep it 5

    18. SER NO:- Press KEY1 (TARE). Now display shows current serial number, toenter new serial number value by KEY2 (MODE / INCREMENT), KEY3(SHIFT ) andKEY4 (DECREMENT) then press KEY1 (TARE) to store new current serial value, Displayshows,Note: SERIAL NUMBER 0 reset all data.

    19. PRNT:- Now display shows print setting, enter new print setting by KEY2(MODE/ INCREMENT) and KEY4 (DECREMENT) then press KEY1 (TARE) to store new printsetting, Display shows,0- Manual Print1- Automatic print after stability.

    NOTE:- stability time and count can be set by STCT and STTM.20. Your parameter setting complete.

    CALIBRATION:-Calibration can be done in weighing mode,

  • 5Steps:1. First On/Start the weighing scale. Press KEY1 (TARE) for TARING the weight.2. Put the standard weight on the scale, weight should be 1/3rd of the Full capacity.3. Then press & hold KEY3 (CAL PRESS / SHIFT) & press KEY4 (CAL ENTER / COUNT).4. Display shows PASS. Now release KEY 3 and KEY4. now press KEY1 (TARE), then

    enter PARAMETER LOCK PASS CUSTOM (Set in Name setting) with the help of KEY2(MODE / INCREMENT) and KEY3 (CAL PRESS / SHIFT) then press tare key. Ifpassword is wrong display shows pass then Re-enter correct password & Press Key (T).

    5. Display shows CAL Press KEY1 (TARE). Then display show the count changed. Thendisplay shows 000000.

    6. Now enter the weight by incrementing KEY2 (MODE / INCREMENT) and KEY3 (CALPRESS / SHIFT) for Shifting.(E.g. If putted standard weight is 2Kg, to enter 2000. when display shows 000000Then press KEY2 (MODE / INCREMENT) key two times so that display shows 000002now press KEY3 (CAL PRESS / SHIFT), 3 times so the display shows 002000).

    7. Now Press KEY1 (TARE) key. Calibration is successfully done.

    CHANGE IN WEIGHING MODE-If weighing mode is different than normal gram mode 0 in parameter setting,

    then to change between selected mode and weighing mode press KEY2 (MODE /INCREMENT).ENTER LITER VALUE:-

    Liter value is entered in parameter setting point 14 and its accuracy point 15.ENTER COUNT VALUE:-

    To enter the piece value first set the piece counting mode by changing weighingmode into piece counting by KEY2 (MODE). In piece counting display shows P. Nowpress KEY1 for TARE.

    Now Put counted Pieces on scale pan then PRESS KEY3 (CAL PRESS/SHIFT)key And hold for 10 seconds displays shows SETPCS and then 000000.

    Now enter number of pieces putted on scale with the help of KEY2 (MODE /INCREMENT), KEY3 (CAL PRESS / SHIFT) and KEY4 (DECREMENT). And pressKEY1 (TARE), to store piece counting value now display shows no of pieces youentered.(NOTE:- For better Result Put minimum 100 pieces on pan).DISPLAY INTERNAL COUNT:-

    For displaying internal ADC count. Switch ON SCALE by pressing KEY4 (CAL ENTER/COUNT). Release the KEY display show internal ADC COUNTS.

    To exits from counts press KEY2 (MODE /INCREMENT).

    Print Slip with field nameSwitch off scale and now press KEY1(TARE) and KEY2(MODE) both together andswitch on the scale.

    1. Display Shows STPRT, Press KEY1 (TARE), display shows,2. SFMT:- Now display shows old slip format selected, enter new slip format as

    you want from below list using KEY2 (MODE / INCREMENT) and KEY4(DECREMENT) then press KEY1 (TARE) to store new value, Display shows,0- Party name two header, date time, weight, footer

    SFMT = 01- Party name two header, serial no, date time, weight, footer

    weight, net weight, footer

    SFMT=23- Party name two header, serial number, date time, weight, quantity or

    liter (as per mode selected) , footer

    SFMT=2 MODE=1 SFMT=2 MODE=24- Party name two header, serial number, date time, list of partial weight

    that needs to be added, gross weight, footer

    3. H1:- Now display shows old header setting, enter new setting by using KEY2(MODE / INCREMENT) and KEY4 (DECREMENT) then press KEY1 (TARE) to store newvalue, Display shows,0- Header 1 is not print on slip1- Header 1 is print on slip

    4. H2:- Now display shows old header setting, enter new setting by using KEY2(MODE / INCREMENT) and KEY4 (DECREMENT) then press KEY1 (TARE) to store newvalue, Display shows,0- Header 2 is not print on slip1- Header 2 is print on slip

    5. STR1:- Now display shows old star/dash line 1 setting, enter new setting byusing KEY2 (MODE / INCREMENT) and KEY4 (DECREMENT) then press KEY1 (TARE)to store new value, Display shows,0- First star/dash line is not print on slip1- First star/dash line is printed on slip

    6. STR2:- Now display shows old star/dash line 2 setting, enter new setting byusing KEY2 (MODE / INCREMENT) and KEY4 (DECREMENT) then press KEY1 (TARE)to store new value, Display shows,0- Second start/dash line is not print on slip1- second star/dash line is printed on slip

    9. H1BLD:- Now display shows old header 1 bold setting, enter new setting byusing KEY2 (MODE / INCREMENT) and KEY4 (DECREMENT) then press KEY1 (TARE)to store new value, Display shows,

    0- Header1 is printed normal if header1 is selected for print in H1setting

    1- Header1 is printed bold if header1 is selected for print in H1 setting10. SERPN:- Now display shows old serial number print setting, enter new setting

    by using KEY2 (MODE / INCREMENT) and KEY4 (DECREMENT) then press KEY1(TARE) to store new value, Display shows,0- Serial number is not print on slip1- Serial number is printed on slip

    11. STDS:- Now display shows old dash/star/minus setting, enter new setting byusing KEY2 (MODE / INCREMENT) and KEY4 (DECREMENT) then press KEY1 (TARE)to store new value, Display shows,0- Print ------------------------------ line in line1 And line21- Print ********************* line in line1 And line22- Print ================== line in line1 And line2

    12. COPY:- Now display shows old no of copy setting, enter new setting by usingKEY2 (MODE / INCREMENT) and KEY4 (DECREMENT) then press KEY1 (TARE) tostore new value, Display shows,

    Enter 1 to 9 for that no of same print copy when given print command.Eg. Copy = 3 then it prints 3 copy of same print.NOTE: COPY Is not work in STFM = 4 i.e. for partial weighment.

    13.FOOT:- Now display shows old footer setting, enter new setting by using KEY2(MODE / INCREMENT) and KEY4 (DECREMENT) then press KEY1 (TARE) to store newvalue, Display shows,0- Footer is not printed on slip1- Footer is printed on slip

    If footer is selected 1 it will ask for footer characters.If footer selected as 0 it will go to step14.Display shows FOOT1 press KEY1 (TARE), display shows old first 6 charactersof footer now enter new characters by using KEY2 (ICREMENT), KEY3 (SHIFT),KEY4 (DECRMENT) and once done press KEY1 (TARE) for storing.

    Now asked for FOOT2, FOOT3, FOOT4 , FOOT5 enter similarly total 30alphanumeric character can be printed for footer.

    14.L1N1:- Now display shows old customize line setting, enter new setting by usingKEY2 (MODE / INCREMENT) and KEY4 (DECREMENT) then press KEY1 (TARE) tostore new value, Display shows,0- Customize line 1 is not printed on slip1- Customize line 1 is printed on slip

    If L1N1 is selected 1 it will ask for line1 characters.If L1N1 selected as 0 it will go to step15.Display shows L1 1 press KEY1 (TARE), display shows old first 6 characters ofline 1 now enter new characters by using KEY2 (ICREMENT), KEY3 (SHIFT),KEY4 (DECRMENT) and once done press KEY1 (TARE) for storing.Now asked for L1 2, L1 3, L1 4, L1 5 enter similarly total 30 alphanumericcharacter can be printed for customize line1.NOTE: L1 1 and L1 2 total 11 character placed at left side of : and L1 3 to 5 isprinted right side of : in slip.EG: PROD NAME : WEIGHT SCALE can be entered asL1 1: PROD NL1 2: AMEL1 3: WEIGHTL1 4: SCALEL1 5:

    So it will print line PROD NAME : WEIGHT SCALE IN slip15.L1N2:- Now display shows old customize line 2 setting, enter new setting by

    using KEY2 (MODE / INCREMENT) and KEY4 (DECREMENT) then press KEY1 (TARE)to store new value, Display shows,0- Customize line 2 is not printed on slip1- Customize line 2 is printed on slip

    If L1N2 is selected 1 it will ask for line2 characters.If L1N2 selected as 0 it will go to step15.Display shows L2 1 press KEY1 (TARE), display shows old first 6 characters ofline 1 now enter new characters by using KEY2 (ICREMENT), KEY3 (SHIFT),KEY4 (DECRMENT) and once done press KEY1 (TARE) for storing.Now asked for L2 2, L2 3, L2 4, L2 5 enter similarly total 30 alphanumericcharacter can be printed for customize line1.NOTE: L2 1 and L2 2 total 11 character placed at left side of : and L2 3 to 5 isprinted right side of : in slip.EG: MAKE : GOLDFIELD can be entered asL1 1: MAKEL1 2:L1 3: GOLDFL1 4: IELDL1 5:

    So it will print line MAKE : GOLDFIELD in slip16. Your printer setting is done

    DATE AND TIME SETTING:-Switch off scale and now press KEY3(CAL PRESS/SHIFT) and KEY4(CAL_ENT /DEC )both together and switch on the scale.

    1. Display Shows DATSET, Press KEY1 (TARE), display shows,2. HOUR:- Press KEY1 (TARE). Display shows 00, Now enter current hour value

    using KEY2 (MODE / INCREMENT), KEY3 (SHIFT) and KEY4 (DECREMENT) thenpress KEY1 (TARE) to store new HOUR setting and display shows,

    3. MIN:- Press KEY1 (TARE). Display shows 00, Now enter current minute valueusing KEY2 (MODE / INCREMENT), KEY3 (SHIFT) and KEY4 (DECREMENT) thenpress KEY1 (TARE) to store new minute setting and display shows,

    4. DATE:- Press KEY1 (TARE). Display shows 00, Now enter current date valueusing KEY2 (MODE / INCREMENT), KEY3 (SHIFT) and KEY4 (DECREMENT) thenpress KEY1 (TARE) to store new date setting and display shows,

    5. MON:- Press KEY1 (TARE). Display shows 00, Now enter current month valueusing KEY2 (MODE / INCREMENT), KEY3 (SHIFT) and KEY4 (DECREMENT) thenpress KEY1 (TARE) to store new month setting and display shows,

    6. YEAR:- Press KEY1 (TARE). Display shows 00, Now enter current year valueusing KEY2 (MODE / INCREMENT), KEY3 (SHIFT) and KEY4 (DECREMENT) thenpress KEY1 (TARE) to store new year setting and display shows,

    NOTE: Please enter current date time in 24 hours format strictly.

    REPORT PRINTING:-Switch off scale and Press KEY1 (TARE) and switch on Scale, display shows

    1. Display Shows RTYPE2. RTYPE:- Display shows old set value, Now enter current report setting value

    using KEY2 (MODE / INCREMENT) and KEY4 (DECREMENT) then press KEY1 (TARE)to store new report format value and display shows,

    3. RPT: Press KEY1(TARE), Display shows old set value, Now enter currentreport setting value using KEY2 (MODE / INCREMENT) and KEY4 (DECREMENT)then press KEY1 (TARE) to store new rpt format value and display shows,
