DAY 3 ~ SUNDAY ~ NOVEMBER 8 MTO WA MBU VILLAGE/NGORONGORO CONSERVATION AREA Depart this morning for the village of Mto Wa Mbu to learn the true value of ecotourism and how far your dollar goes. During the final years of the 20th century, Western influence coupled with growing economic challenges threatened to erase the cultural heritage still found in many traditional African villages. That’s when the Netherlands Development Organization, or SNV, came up with the concept of “cultural tourism.” Beginning in 1995, the SNV worked with the Tanzania Tourist Board to develop a program whereby local people earn extra income by organizing tours of their own communities. Demonstrating the native crafts, practices, and traditions that have been a part of their tribal heritage for centuries, native Tanzanians were able to retain their culturally rich way of life while offering tourists a unique and fascinating experience. The proceeds are put into a Village Development Levy (VDL) and funneled back into each community for specific development projects, such as construction of schools, irrigation, and soil conservation activities, cattle dips, and several income generating projects by women’s groups. Mto Wa Mbu village is one of the participating villages, located on the shores of Lake Manyara and a living example of one of the richest linguistic mixes in Africa. Home to over 90 tribes, Mto Wa Mbu is quite possibly the only place where you can hear Bantu, Nilotic, Khosian, and Cushitic accents spoken in the same marketplace together with the diverse lifestyles and heritage that comes with these people. The village, which few tourists visit, is a microcosm of life in rural Tanzania today. Following a lunch of traditional Tanzanian dishes served under banana trees in the heart of the village, explore the area with your village guides. Your leisurely stroll will take you through local homes, farmlands where banana, millet, cassava, and corn are grown, resident bars, a kindergarten, and a church. Afterwards, head to the highlands and your stunning accommodation.

Located on a coffee farm and facing the Oldeani Volcano, the Ngorongoro Farm House provides an experience reminiscent of the atmosphere of old times, and is comprised of three separate and intimate camps of 9 comfortable bungalows attractively built in the style of an old colonial farm and rustically decorated with local materials. DAY 4~ MONDAY ~ NOVEMBER 9 NGORONGORO CONSERVATION AREA/NGORONGORO CRATER

Today you board your Land Rover for an amazing journey as you descend onto the floor of the crater, a World Heritage site, which is an extinct volcano and the largest unbroken caldera in the world. The cone is believed to have collapsed nearly two million years ago, and while the cone was standing, it could have been as tall, if not taller, than Mount Kilimanjaro. The crater (1,800 feet deep and 102 square miles) is a microcosm of East African scenery with abundant wildlife including more than 25,000 larger animals, mostly herds of zebra and wildebeest. This is also the best place in Tanzania to see magnificent black-maned lions. This area offers an outstanding opportunity to see black rhinos, as they are protected around the clock. Over the years, the floor of this crater has become mostly savannah (grassland), with a soda lake whose size changes depending on the rains that are the lifeline of this amazing land. On this lake, marvel at the colorful flamingos and a variety of other water birds – more than 100 species of birds found here that are not found in the Serengeti. Resident ostrich, crowned crane, and kori bustard are joined seasonally by migrant flocks of shite and Abdim's storks. Patience may also reward you with glimpses of leopards, cheetahs, hyenas,

jackals, elephants, warthogs, buffalo, impalas, hartebeests, elands, and many other antelopes. As you descend, you might be able to see the local Maasai as they take their cattle down the steep walls of the crater. It is their right, negotiated with the government and parks authority, to graze their cattle in about 75% of the crater floor. The mix of cattle with the wild animals makes for some terrific photographs, and the interaction between domestic and wild animals is almost

unbelievable. At the hippo pool, take a rest and enjoy your picnic lunch. Then resume your game-viewing and look for that special photograph, before returning to the rim of the crater of the crater six hours later (regulations now specify that no one can stay longer than six hours daily on the crater floor) and drive to your lodge. DAYS 5/6 ~ TUESDAY/WEDNESDAY ~ NOVEMBER 10/11 TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK Continue your adventure in Tanzania with your visit to Tarangire National Park, the third largest national park in Tanzania. The feeling that this is a special, almost magical place strikes you as soon as you enter Tarangire, and you witness your first baobab tree. Here the gently rolling countryside is dotted with these majestic trees, which seem to dwarf the animals that feed beneath them. Called the “tree of life,” many myths and legends surround Adansonia digitata (Adansonia for the French surgeon Michel Adanson and digitata meaning hand-like, a reference to the shape of the leaves). Your guides regale you with one or two of these tales as you pass through the park. This stretch of Africa is spectacular in the dry season when many of the migratory wildlife species come back to the permanent waters of Tarangire River. Huge herds of wildebeest, zebras, elands, and oryx gather to stay in Tarangire until the onset of the rains when they migrate again to good grazing areas. For those who love birds, Tarangire has over 300 bird species. But in addition to all those magnificent trees, birds, and beasts, Tarangire is superlative for another reason---elephants. Tarangire is home to the largest population of elephants in northern Tanzania, now numbering close to 2,500 individuals. Your accommodation for the next two nights is a permanent safari camp built close to the shores of Lake Manyara in a wildlife-rich area with impressive views of the Rift Valley and Ngorongoro Highlands and is a 25,000-hectares concession area set aside for conservation by the local Maasai Community. The 26 spacious tents and the 10 lodge rooms as well as the public areas of the camp are built on raised decks and have en suite bathrooms with built-in showers and mosquito netting, and private verandahs overlooking the valley and Lake Manyara. DAYS 7/8~ THURSDAY/FRIDAY ~ NOVEMBER 12/13 TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK/ARUSHA/AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK

Today’s drive takes you back to Arusha in time for lunch. Afterward, drive toward the Namanga border where you cross into Kenya and continue to Amboseli National Park, located at the foot of Africa's highest mountain, Mount Kilimanjaro. The snow-capped peak of Mount Kilimanjaro rises above a saucer of clouds and dominates every aspect of Amboseli. This park covers only 150 square miles, but despite its small size and its fragile ecosystem it supports a wide range of mammals (well over 50 of the larger species) and birds (over 400 species). Years ago, this was the locale around which such famous writers as Ernest Hemingway and Robert Ruark spun their stories of big game hunting in the wilds of Africa. This, too, is part of Maasailand, and it’s not unusual to see the proud Maasai warrior or small children tending their cattle as you traverse their territory. In this land, animal and man have learned to coexist and thrive together, despite the harsh conditions. This is also the park that has been made famous by Cynthia Moss, the noted American naturalist and author who has one of the longest-running studies on elephants. You might have seen some of the elephants that Cynthia has immortalized in her many books and award-winning film, Echo of the Elephants. In the shadow of Mount Kilimanjaro, beside a copse of giant acacia trees and a gently flowing natural spring, stands Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge. With Kilimanjaro's 19,340-foot snow-capped summit presiding over the landscape, the setting is unrivalled. All around the lodge roams the wildlife that has made East Africa legendary: lions, buffalo, cheetahs, giraffes, baboons, gazelles, and wildebeest. DAYS 9/10/11~ SATURDAY/SUNDAY/MONDAY~NOVEMBER 14/15/16 LAKE NAKURU NATIONAL PARK /LAKE ELMENTEITA/HELL’S GATE/LAKE NAIVASHA/CRESCENT ISLAND Travel overland to Nairobi in time for lunch and then continue to the heart of the Great Rift Valley, which roughly bisects Kenya from north to south, a huge geological fault line that stretches round one-sixth of the Earth’s circumference and is visible from far out in space. At 2,000 feet deep and 30 miles wide, it runs as far as the eye can see. Its walls are sheer and high and, along its length, there are many volcanoes that are mostly dormant. The landscape, with bubbling springs and geysers, is spectacular. Arrive at your spectacular tented camp and relax for the rest of the afternoon. Spend the next day at Lake Nakuru National Park, a shallow alkaline body of water, once world-renowned for the huge concentration of flamingos. Today, there are not many flamingoes left, but the park boasts a huge variety of animals including leopards – often found snoozing on the branches of magnificent yellow-barked acacias – lions, buffalo, hippos, waterbucks, warthogs, baboons, and the endangered Rothschild’s giraffes (only found in this part of Kenya), white rhinos and the rare, protected black rhinos. For the bird-watching enthusiast, there are 450 species found in the park’s vicinity, with a big concentration of water birds, including marabou storks and pelicans.

Next day, take a walk at Hell’s Gate, so named because of this gorge’s interesting geological formation. If you’re active, you’ll love the chance to get out and experience nature on foot. Famous for its natural hot geysers, the area is also a haven for ornithologists with its eagle and vulture breeding grounds. During your walk, you may spot Verreaux's eagles, augur buzzards, and thousands of swifts; 103 bird species have been recorded in the park. The game will not let you down either: buffalo, Maasai giraffes, elands, hartebeest, lions, leopards, and some cheetahs are in the area, although not easily viewed. During your walk, your guide will point out the various plants and discuss their medicinal uses.

You will also be treated to a boat ride on Lake Naivasha, where hippos and water birds abound, en route to Crescent Island, which you can explore on foot. No predators are found on this island, so walking among the free-roaming antelope is sure to be a fun experience. This island, shaped like a quarter moon, is a sanctuary for herds of antelope and many species of birds. Over 350 bird species have been recorded, with Thomson's gazelles, waterbucks, monkeys, and other wildlife to keep them company. Your home for the next two nights, Lake Elmenteita Serena Camp, offers luxurious accommodations nestled in the amazing Rift Valley scenery. DAYS 12/13/14 ~ TUESDAY/WEDNESDAY/THURSDAY ~ NOVEMBER 17/18/19 MAASAI MARA / NORTHERN SERENGETI Drive to the Maasai Mara, Kenya’s most famous wildlife reserve. It is classic savannah grasslands, where animals are plentiful and the vistas spectacular. In this dreamlike land, animals live in freedom, and the Maasai care for their herds, all sharing the same land with minimal conflict. You will have three days of wildlife-viewing opportunities in the Maasai Mara Reserve, also known as the “Jewel of Africa,” a site with one of the largest and the most spectacular animal migrations in the world. The reserve is inhabited by many of Africa's most popular wild animals, including lions, cheetahs, elephants, leopards, black rhinos, and hippos. There are also over 500 resident species of birds in the park, including ostriches, larks, and sunbirds as well as the lovely lilac-breasted rollers.

The area is famous for rolling grasslands and for the Mara River, which runs through the reserve from north to south. The reserve covers an area of 700 square miles and forms part of the Serengeti ecosystem, hosting the world-famous spectacle of the annual migration of up to two million wildebeest, thousands of zebras, and an escort of carnivores from the Serengeti Plain that follow the rains and succulent new grasses. This is a costly trek as many of the lame and sick will fall prey to predators and many more will die in the swirling flood waters of the Mara River as they try to cross it. While this is not the time to see the crossings as most of the herds have migrated back to Tanzania, you should still see quite a variety, as the Mara has resident wildlife all year long. The Mara also has one of the highest concentrations of cheetahs on the continent, as well as many magnificent black-maned lions. While in the Mara, you will visit a Maasai Village to experience this nomadic tribe’s way of life and their unique culture. The Mara Serena Safari Lodge is an interpretation of a traditional Maasai Manyatta village of domed huts. Accommodation is offered in 73 guest rooms, all of which have been styled to mirror

the circular motif of a traditional Maasai Manyatta village of domed huts. DAYS 16/17 ~ SATURDAY/SUNDAY ~ NOVEMBER 21/22 ENTEBBE/BWINDI IMPENETRABLE FOREST NATIONAL PARK Spend two days in enchanting Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park. Huge trees are festooned with creepers and parasitic plants such as mistletoe and orchids. At least 120 species of mammals make their home here in one of the richest ecosystems in Africa. Besides the 10 species of primates, elephants, bush pigs, giant forest hogs, many species of bats and rodents, at least 346 species of birds (including rare forest birds), 14 species of snakes, 27 species of frogs and toads, 6 chameleons, 14 lizards, skinks and geckos, and at least 202 species of butterflies are resident in the forest. There are also several endangered species of birds with limited ranges. Ugandan authorities are fiercely protective of this natural treasure and permit only a limited number of travelers per day. Your group will have the opportunity for two treks per person to view the mountain gorillas during your stay (at additional cost).

Gorillas here live on the slopes of ancient volcanoes in high-elevation forests. The treks can last from four to seven hours (or more) depending on when you spot the gorillas. There is an hour limit to the time you spend with these majestic creatures once you spot them. Tracking gorillas through misty, seemingly impenetrable forests can be an exhausting process as the paths are often slippery, entangled, and wet. However, this effort is quickly forgotten the minute you encounter these beautiful creatures. Approximately 98% of the gorilla treks are successful but there is no guarantee that you will see the gorillas. Optional Batwa experience (at an additional cost) The Batwa were the original ancient dwellers of the forest. The first records of pygmies were made by the Egyptians over 4,000 years ago. They described short-stature people living near the “Mountains of the Moon” and extolled their abilities as dancers and storytellers. Homer and Aristotle also made mention of them. They lived peacefully, kept their traditional ways, and left a small footprint of their presence in the ancient forests. The Batwa Development Program is a community organization that supports the Batwa to become self-sufficient. The organization owns land where the pygmies practice and preserve their ancient traditions and also share them. Inspiring Batwa elders lead tours that reveal their use of medicinal plants, hunting/gathering customs, traditional homes, and even let you try shooting a bow and arrow! DAY 18 ~ MONDAY ~ NOVEMBER 23 BWINDI IMPENETRABLE FOREST NATIONAL PARK /ENTEBBE/ EN ROUTE Your scheduled flight takes you back to Entebbe where private dayrooms are reserved for you. Experience an exhilarating balloon safari for the most incredible way of viewing wildlife. It begins in the early morning and you have an hour of uninterrupted views of wildlife from the air---the best way to see the incessant movement of animals and the fabulous vistas of Tanzania and Kenya. During the flight, you will ascend to a high altitude to take in an amazing panoramic view and then descend to treetop level and silently glide above the wildlife below. Upon landing, enjoy a “bubbly” brunch, set especially for you in the middle of the plains. Zebras and wildebeest may be your dining guests, and Africa’s colorful birds may vie for a crumb of your bread. You then meet with your driver/guide and continue your safari. Many consider this one of the most memorable experiences of their safari. We suggest booking in advance to avoid disappointment. At present, the cost is as follows:

Reservations for this excursion are necessary before departure from the USA, if you wish to be guaranteed a seat. Full payment must be forwarded to Classic Escapes, 58-25 Queens Blvd., Woodside, NY 11377 to be received at least three weeks prior to departure. If your trip does not materialize due to weather or other reasons, your payment will be refunded upon returning to the U.S.A. However, if you should cancel for any reason, payment is nonrefundable.

SAFARI AIR LUGGAGE RESTRICTIONS

It is of vital importance that all guests traveling to Uganda strictly adhere to the luggage limits and regulations as stipulated below.

PERSONAL WEIGHT ALLOWANCES ON INTERNAL FLIGHTS: Your journey includes internal flights aboard light aircraft which are designed with a maximum body weight and luggage allowance; this is closely monitored by the flight operators for safety reasons. If your personal weight exceeds 85 kilos (187 lbs.) it may be necessary to purchase an extra seat and your Classic Escapes Operations Manager will contact you should this be necessary.

Please note: *This is the total weight including both luggage and hand luggage/camera equipment. This is a safety requirement due to the sensitive weight and balance checks on the small aircraft and must be strictly adhered to. Travelers who require additional luggage must pre-book and pay for this on confirmation of the reservation. We would like to remind you that laundry services are available in all camps and lodges. **Please keep in mind that the baggage compartments on most of the light aircraft are only 25cm (10 inches) high, so the pilots must have the ability to manipulate the bag into the compartment.

Guests who are unable to depart on the scheduled charter will be given the option to book a private charter at additional costs to be paid directly prior to departure and subject to the availability of aircraft at the time of booking these flights. We encourage you to bring colorful books and magazines, as well as school supplies such as pens, paper, crayons, soccer balls, etc., which you can present to the children during your visit. Many of these children have never owned a book in their life and the connection you’ll make with them is invaluable. You’ll find that children in the schools are eager to meet with visitors, practice their English, learn about your culture, and proudly share their own. You are often welcomed with a local song or dance. After seeing schools firsthand, meeting the dedicated teachers working under the most difficult conditions and children hungry for knowledge, many travelers have wanted to help the schools they visited or continue to support a child’s learning opportunities after they return to their homes. Bring-A-Book is an innovative effort adopted by Classic Escapes to expand education opportunities for schoolchildren. The Bring-A-Book Foundation is a registered Kenyan Charitable Trust that was created as a way to facilitate travelers’ wishes to help the schools and is used to get books into the hands of children as quickly and economically as possible. THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT KENYA & TANZANIA

Participants:

Must be able to climb in and out of, as well as move around in confined quarters within safari 4 x 4 vehicles, minibuses, and small aircrafts unassisted. People need to be willing to rotate seats.

Must be able to tolerate riding on uncomfortably uneven, bumpy roads (some with many potholes) for long periods of time (3--6 hours maximum), as well as some off-road experiences when opportunities allow.

Must be able to stand and/or walk moderate distances when visiting villages, towns, or other sites. This walking will be on uneven ground or uphill, often at altitudes many people are not used to.

Should generally be in good health and prepared to travel in locations without medical facilities. In general, this trip requires:

PAYMENTS

DEPOSIT: A deposit of $1,500 per person for the main trip and $750 for the post-tour extension must be submitted at the time of booking. Deposits may be paid by check or charged to American Express, MasterCard, Visa or Discover. FINAL PAYMENT: Final payment is due 95 days before departure (August 3, 2020): you will receive a final invoice. Final payment is payable by check or money order ONLY. RATES: Rates are based on the minimum number of guests outlined in this document, plus airfare costs, currency exchange rates, and other factors and are subject to change. CANCELLATIONS, DEVIATIONS & CHANGES

TRAVEL INSURANCE: We recommend travel insurance. Travel insurance can provide financial reimbursement should the unexpected occur. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations are only effective on receipt of written notification. The following per-person fees are applicable on this tour:

Up to August 3, 2020, less $300 handling fee and $500 nonrefundable deposit given to overseas suppliers; plus, gorilla permits, which are nonrefundable once purchased.

August 4 to August 13, 2020, deposit is forfeited, plus the gorilla permits.

August 14 to 23, 2020, less 75% of tour cost, plus the gorilla permits.

August 23, 2020, no refund is possible. These cancellation fees are also in addition to any fees imposed by airlines. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU OBTAIN THE OPTIONAL TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE POLICY. CHANGE FEES: Once you reserve your tour, changes are possible, subject to availability, of air or land space at the time of request. Should there be any change in fees imposed by airlines or ground operators, or additional costs incurred due to availability of any space, this cost will be invoiced to you. DOCUMENTS

PASSPORT & VISAS: It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure that passports and visas are valid for the countries visited and for the applicable time period, as outlined by the U.S. Department of State (travel.state.gov) or by the passport holder’s country. Classic Escapes, their staff and their agents, cannot be held liable for any visas, etc., not held by the guests, nor for the cost of obtaining visas.

PRE-DEPARTURE INFORMATION: Upon receipt of your registration and deposit, we will send a pre-departure packet to you. This packet contains all the information you need to prepare for your tour, including the complete itinerary, packing checklist, required documents, etc. FINAL DOCUMENTS: Final documents and tickets will be sent to you approximately two weeks prior to departure, provided all monies have been paid in full.

TRANSPORTATION

OPTIONAL AIR TRANSPORTATION: Round-trip, economy-class flights via DELTA AIR LINES and/or other IATAN carriers are between SAN DIEGO and the destination city noted in the itinerary. Rates are based on special promotional fares; cancellation fees apply once tickets are issued. Departures from other cities in the USA are possible at additional cost; inquire at the time of reservation. Please note that these promotional fares are subject to 10 passengers traveling together on the same airline routing and itinerary. If this minimum is not met, the special group rates are not applicable and it might become necessary to issue instant purchase tickets earlier than when final payment is due in order to take advantage of airfares that are similar to the group rates. Should this occur, you will be contacted with the details. AIRLINE SEATING: For DELTA AIR LINES, we request seats together for the group. All planes are nonsmoking. We can request a seating preference on your behalf; however, requested seats cannot be guaranteed. Requests should be made in writing no later than 60 days prior to departure. Bulkhead and/or emergency row seats can only be requested at airport check-in on the day of departure. Boarding passes will only be issued at the airport on the day of departure. You may inquire about seat changes during check-in , based on availability, and is at the sole discretion of airport staff. Obtain frequent flyer mileage on any of these carriers. Present your frequent flyer card for all flight check-ins and keep the boarding passes until you receive a statement with the mileage credit. TRANSFERS: Round-trip airport transfers are included in the tour for guests arriving on group flights. If travelers make their own air arrangements, they will be subject to extra transfer fees.

TRIP DETAILS

ACCOMMODATIONS: You will marvel at the wonderful accommodations provided throughout your tour. All rooms have private bathroom facilities and air conditioning and/or fans. All rates are based on double occupancy. Most rooms are twin-bedded, but king-size beds are occasionally available and should be requested in advance. Accommodations listed in this itinerary are correct at time of writing, but on rare occasions they may be substituted for a different property of comparable quality. MEALS: All meals as specified in the itinerary. Please notify us if you have special dietary needs or requests, and we will do our best to accommodate you. INOCULATIONS: When it comes to vaccination and disease prevention, we suggest that travelers first review information provided by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (www.cdc.gov/travel) and then review those details with their personal physicians. WATER: It is always advisable to drink bottled and/or filtered water when traveling overseas. Safe drinking water will be provided to travelers free of charge in the vehicles and during meals. BAGGAGE: On average, international flights from the USA allow one piece of checked luggage, not exceeding 50 pounds. However, we always recommend that you check your airline’s policy just before departure, as luggage limitations are always subject to change. Despite this weight allowance, we always suggest guests travel light. Also, soft-sided duffel bags are ideal for this tour, as they stow best in vehicles and airplanes with limited space.

LUGGAGE ALLOWANCES ON INTERNAL FLIGHTS: Your journey includes internal flights aboard light aircraft, which are designed with a maximum luggage allowance; this is closely monitored by the flight operators for safety reasons. You are allowed

one carry-on and one piece of luggage, total weight: 33 Lbs. (15 kg.) per person, including camera equipment.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

RESPONSIBIITIES: Neither Classic Escapes (the Company) nor any person or agent acting for, through, or on behalf of the Company shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from any cause whatsoever and without restricting the generality of the aforegoing shall particularly not be responsible for loss or damage arising from any errors or omissions contained in its brochure or other literature, loss or damage caused by delays, sickness, theft, injury or death. In addition, the Company shall have the right at any time at its discretion to cancel any trip or the remainder thereof or make any alteration in route, accommodation, price or other details and, in the event of any trip being rendered impossible, illegal or inadvisable by weather, strike, war, government or interference or any other cause whatsoever, the extra expenses incurred as a result thereof shall be the responsibility of the passenger. The Company may at its discretion, and without liability or cost to itself, at any time cancel or terminate the guest’s booking, and in particular without limiting the generality of the aforegoing it shall be entitled to do so in the event of the illness or the illegal or incompatible behavior of the guest, who shall in such circumstances not be entitled to any refund. The person making any booking will, by the making of such booking, warrant that he or she has authority to enter into a contract on behalf of the other person included in such a booking, and in the event of the failure of any or all of the other persons so included to make payment, the person making the booking shall by his/her signature thereof assume personal liability for the total price of all bookings made by him/her. PHOTOGRAPHY: The Company reserves the right without further notice to make use of any photograph or film taken on the tour by our photographers, without payment or permission. We guarantee that no photographs of a compromising nature will be used. CHANGES TO SCHEDULES: Although every effort is made to adhere to schedules, it should be borne in mind that the Company reserves the right, and in fact is obliged, to occasionally change routes and hotels as dictated by changing conditions. REFUNDS: While the Company uses its best endeavors to ensure that all anticipated accommodation is available as planned, there shall be no claim of any nature whatsoever against the Company for a refund, either in the whole or part, if any accommodation or excursion is unavailable and a reasonable alternative is not found. If the guest is unable to use any service provided in the itinerary, then there are no refunds due. AIRLINE CLAUSE: The airlines concerned are not to be held liable for any act, omission or event during the time the passengers are not on board their planes or conveyance. Up to August 3, 2020, less $300 handling fee and $500 nonrefundable deposit given to overseas suppliers; plus, gorilla permits which are nonrefundable once purchased.

August 4 to August 13, 2020, deposit is forfeited, plus the gorilla permits.

August 14 to 23, 2020, less 75% of tour cost, plus the gorilla permits.

August 23, 2020, no refund is possible.

These cancellation fees are also in addition to any fees imposed by airlines.

PLEASE NOTE: At times, our bank requires photocopy of credit card (both sides) and driver’s license or document showing signature of cardholder, in order to process the charge.

While it is not required at this time that you include these materials with your deposit, if our bank requests it, we will contact you for these copies.
