We currently offer up-to-the-minute schedules, bookings, shipping instructions and Bill of Lading issuance, to name a few. Theinformation contained in our site (www.nykline.com) is updated continuously throughout the day by our global internal operating systems. Schedules

Dynamic point to point schedules and routings to choose from when scheduling a shipment. Book directly from your chosen point to pointschedule with NYK Group’s “BOOK IT” function.Print, e-mail and download schedule results for future reference.Confirm cargo cut-off date at origin and cargo availability date at destination for your guidance.

Bill of Lading Process View and Print your B/Ls on-line (originals, waybills, drafts, and non-negotiables). Receive notifications, and check B/L processing status.(A customer ID is necessary to use this option)

Rate InquiryCreate and submit rate inquiries on-line. Save rate inquiry templates for large inquiries. Review or copy previously submitted rate inquiries at your convenience. Receive e-mail notification upon submission of your rate inquiry and upon quotation of your rate request. It's fast, easy, convenient and confidential.

Booking Create and submit bookings on-line. Create booking templates, reference previous bookings. It's quick, easy and convenient. Send us your booking details and we will confirm your bookings electronically via e-mail.


Shipping Instructions Create and submit shipping instructions on line. Produce shipping instruction templates and review or copy previously submitted shipping instructions. Receive e-mail notification upon submittal of your shipping instructions.


Shipment Information Shipment Information is a secure application which allows you to view single or multiple shipments and their associated details includingvessel schedule information.

Create or view shipping instructions or view and print Bills of Lading.

Shipments may be retrieved by doing a search by estimated time of arrival (ETA), or by entering the specific Bill of Lading, booking, orcontainer number.


Shipment AlertsCovering both exception reporting and event notification, shipment alerts is a secure application which provides an e-mail update regardingglobal shipments including links to online reports and early or late arrival exceptions.


Customised Reports Create a customised report utilizing customers' own shipment records. Reports can be produced on an ad-hoc basis or can be scheduled forconvenient e-mail delivery.

The customised reports application provides customers with an easy to follow process for creating and producing a report on-line that willmeet many of their business reporting needs.
