Experience: Server, Stand Up NY, Manhattan, New York, July 2015­ Present  Introduced to the world of Stand­Up comedy by working in this Lower West Side Nightclub. Became familiar with “On The Floor” terminology like: first round, last call and check spot. Experienced in politely, yet firmly, reinforcing the two drink minimum to all patrons. Learned mixology and served alcoholic beverages to audience members as well as, professional comedians.    Caterer and Serving Staff, Amerivents Events and Staffing Company, New York City, June 2015 ­ Present Gained experience as a caterer, host, server, bartender, and entertainer. Worked with a team of talented individuals to provide fine dining and hospitality services for a major staffing company throughout the New York Area. Served food and beverages to event guests, worked as a bartender in both public and private settings. Worked in venues such as Central Park, Ellis Island, Patina Rock Cafe and Sea Grill, Columbia University, and Entertainment Cruise.    Hostess, Server and Bartender, The Burger Guru, Brooklyn, New York, May 2015 ­ July 2015 Trained to be a bartender, server and hostess in a fast paced niche restaurant that specializes in gourmet burgers. Took on the role of a brand representative and locally promoted burger enlightenment to potential customers in the Williamsburg area.  Intern, FOX40, KTXL News Station, Sacramento, Jan. ­ May 2014 Learned how to work for a broadcast news station in Designated Market Area #20 which reaches about 1,387,710 of Television households. Covered areas of field gathering, production, assignment desk and news writing for prompters and web. Gained experience as a Writer, Field Reporter, Production Assistant and as a Multimedia Journalist  Staff Writer, The State Hornet, California State University, Sacramento, Sept. ­ Dec. 2011 Reported and wrote opinion and feature stories for a 30,000 circulation weekly campus newspaper. Created and edited audio and video projects on the guilty pleasures of students and faculty.  

Actor, 2014­ 15 Apprentice/ Intern Company, Actors Theatre of Louisville, July 2014 ­ April 2015 Was selected out 2000 application to be 1 of 20 Acting Apprentices at one of the nation’s most prestigious regional theaters. Participated in workshops, had multiple chances to create and perform in the A/ I season and devoted nine months to learning about careers in professional theatre, television and film. Played ensemble characters and was a part of the technical crews in Actors Theatre’s mainstage season. Was an ambassador and integral part of the 39th Humana Festival of New American Plays. 

Actor, and Teaching Artist,  B Street Theatre Company, Dec. 2013 ­ Feb 2014 Portrayed the six year old character “Minty” in their production of The Conductor: Harriet Tubman and the Underground Railroad. Taught children about the historical figure through performance and interaction. A 

Professional theatre company supported by the Sacramento Metropolitan Arts Commission. The contract also made eligible to join the Actor’s Equity Association. 

Actor, Singer and Dancer,  Sacramento Theatre Company, April 2012 ­ Feb 2013 Portrayed the character “Ronette” in their musical production of Little Shop of Horrors. Invited back to be a part of their Ease on Down The Road Cabaret. Interacted with members of the audience, technical crew, production crew and professional theatre company.  

Actor, Singer and Dancer, Pacific Conservatory of the Performing Arts, May 2011 ­ Sept. 2011 Portrayed the character “Cindy Watkins” and understudied all three singers of “The Dynamites” in their musical productions of Hairspray at their theaters in Santa Maria, CA and Solvang, CA. Also  understudied all three singers of “The Radio” in their production of “Caroline, or Change” in Santa Maria, CA. Experience with audience participation and quickly adapting to different environments.
