The City of White Cove Located on the west coast of Washington State Known supernatural society Changelings: They run nearly everything that has a stage from rock bars to Drama Theaters. Changelings have their hands in anything that deals with entertainment. They control the local television stations as well as movie theaters. All changelings have a Contact 3 or more in entertainment Scene Known Changelings: 7 Demons: They have a strong grasp on the local mortal criminal element of the city. They play the role of gang leaders and control what crimes are committed in town. All demons have a contact 2 or more in criminal society and police. Known Demons: 2 Geist’s: They control the Medical and social workers of the city. From the city morgue to DEFACS workers, anything to do with health or wellbeing is within their domain. All Geists have contacts of 2 or more in both Medical and 1 in social workers. Known Geists: 3 Hunters: This group is the most watched and most feed group who has little to no control of anything beyond a couple of sporting goods stores and a gun range. Hunters are given leads feed to them by other groups to dispatch those undesirables within their own social circle. Since their low population they have not been much of a threat. Hunters get a resource of 2 and access to any commonly sold weapon at no cost when requested with approval. Known Hunters: 1 Mages: Mages control all the educational system well as museums, libraries, government records. They make sure that records of those ageless people are removed to help the city keep the mortal eye blind. The mages hold jobs inside their area of influence to monitor the ongoing of the city to prevent rumors from becoming leads for those undesirables. Mages must take retainers of 2 or more and resources of 1 or more at character creation. Known Mages: 3 Mummies: Known Mummies: 2

Prometheans: The few that live in the area live on the outskirts of the city. They control the junkyards and the only observatory. The Prometheans don’t really ever deal with the working of the city very often but monitor the on goings of things done outside the city limits. Recent endeavors have landed the Prometheans control over the city’s waste management. They now control not only the waste management but also the city water system.

Vampires: They run the upper level of society here. They control the upscale hotels and night life that are for the super elites of society. They host balls and dinners to get money to fund their society. They are rarely out of their own area. Nearly all Vampires are preforming upper life society and must have resources of 3 or more at character creation and a job in upper society.

Werewolves: They run the lower society of town, dealing with more construction and industrial areas. They are under the guise of Union people, holding sway over the working man. They funnel the money from the union to fuel their own goals. They have access to all industrial sites and to government positions that over see those industries. All werewolves must have Contacts of 3 or more in Industrial society. Werewolves can hold a job in this industry or as union thug or the likes.

Forbidden locations

City Graveyard – A few Years ago a rogue mage took the graveyard as his turf and he tried to raise the whole graveyard to start a zombie army. He was put down. No one is allowed within the graveyard ever. Those found are reported to their group leader and dealt with.

Power Plant – this is the only power source for the whole city and after a huge conflict

between the Promethean and the werewolves the location is not to be allow as anyone turf. Anyone found on site will be reported and dealt with.

City Mall – Due to the large amount of mortals and the events of three young vampires who were staked and burned in front of mortals the Mall is now off limits to all as its cost to maintain the mortal Blind eye is too taxing. Anyone found going into the mall or coming out has forfeited their protection of the own and left to be dealt with from the local hunters.
