NVR Quick Start Guide Part One Basic Operation The series NVR is designed specially for security and surveillance field which is an outstanding digital surveillance product. It introduces embedded LINUX operating system which is more stable. It introduces standard H.264MP video compressed format and G.711A audio compressed format which insures the high quality image and low error coding ratio. Strong network services greatly enhance the network data transmission capacity and remote control capabilities. Install Hard-disk first if NVR first-time used. (Remarks: Hard-disk capacity please refer to each NVR specifications; NVR without Hard- disk still supports monitoring, but not recording or playback) 1.3.Starting Plug the power supply and turn on the power supply switch. Power supply indicator light shining indicates turning on the video recorder. After finishing the start up, you will hear a beep, and the default setting of video output is multiple-window output mode. 1.2. Mouse Connection The back panel 2 USB interface, two USB interface can be used for the mouse, U disk, WIFI module, mouse conn-ection is depend on products specifications based on diffe-rent products. 1. Basic Installation 1.1. Hard Disk Installation 1.4.Turn Off Two ways to turn off DVR: 1.)shut down via software: enterMain Menu】>【Log out】> Shutdown】; 2.) Turn off the power switch in back-panel. Remark: turn off power switch directly may cause data loss. 1.5. Log In Two preset users provided: admin and guest, password is123456. User “admin”—super user permission; User “guest”—video preview & playback allowed. Password protection: If the password is continuous wrong seven times, the alarm will start. (Through reboot or after half an hour, the account will be unlocked automatically) For your system security, please modify your password in “User management” after first log in. 2Network setting Configure network setup through [Main Menu]>[System]>[Network] IP Address】:Set the IP address. Default: 192.168.1.18; Subnet Mask : Set the subnet mask code. Default 255.255.255.0; default gateway: Set the default gateway. Default 192.168.1.1. Make the equipment’s IP address and the router in the same network segment. For example, the router IP address is 192.168.1.1, and the subnet mask is 255.255.255.0. According to the default setup, generally the default gateway is the router IP address, so enter IP address 192.168.1.10 in the IE browser to achieve visiting LAN equipment such as operating image surveillance in the public network remote access equipment for monitoring. Detail setup refer to “Network setup reference”. 3.Connect IPC 3.1. Add IPC There are three ways[ Right click]>[Main menu]>[Remote device]>[Quick add] [Right click]>[Main menu]>[Remote device]>[Manual add] [Main menu]>[System]>[Digital]>[Remote device], as below 3.2. Online Equipment [Search] Search IPC in LAN. [Add] Choose the IPC you want to add, also you can click directly to add camera. [Quick add] Add IPC for all vacant channel [Protocol] Choose the protocol for connecting IPC, generally ONVIF. If the cameras are from our company, suggested that the protocol is A1. Because it is proprietary protocol of our company, more useful than Onvif. Modify IP: Click to modify the configuration of camera , 4Record Mode and Playback 4.1. Record Mode [Preview Window]>[Mouse Right Button]>[Record Mode]: [Schedule]: record as schedule. [Manual]: manual record, record all the time unless “stop”. [Stop]Stop record all the time. Remark: Priority levels:[Manual] = [Stop] > [Schedule] 4.2. Playback Two ways to playback video, 1.[Preview Window]> [Mouse Right Button]>[Record Playback]; 2.[Main Menu]>[Record Playback] Select date&time&channel > click to search related video > click to playback the video, or click the time bar below to playback video directly. [ will add IPC for vacant channel automatically every one minute. [Auto Search] After choosing the function, the device sends a broadcast packet on the network. Enabled by default. IPC UPnP] After choosing the function, system 3.3. NVR Quick Start Guide

Part One Basic Operation

The series NVR is designed specially for security and surveillance field which is an outstanding digital surveil lance product. It introduces embedded LINUX operating system which is more stable. 2.Network setting

4.Record Mode and Playback

1. Web Remote Access1.1 Web Login (IE browser) Input DVR IP address in address bar (install plug-in Active-X control needed if first time used), input User Name & Password (default user name is admin, and password is 123456)

2. CMS Remote Access CMS software is installed in computer for remote access. Input User name and Password (User name is admin, password is blank)

4. E-Video Open IE browser, input http://www.dvripc.net, login web client. If first time use, please install plug-in Active-X control first, and them enter device ID, user name and password to log in.

Step 3, scan QR code(Remote Access) to add device to mobile application. Enter user name and password to finish adding. Step 4, You can enjoy the video after device added.

Step 2, open mobile app, click to add device (three ways provided to add device: QR-Code Scan, Manual, Local Search), choose QR Code Scan“

3. Mobile Phone Monitoring Mobile app name: EYE4 NVR2 Port: 34600 Step 1, scan QR-Code to download mobile app (download from mobile phone store is also available)
