INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1. IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1.2. Usage of product
The set of filters shall provide for pressure regulation and filtration of incoming air from dental compressor in two levels. 2. RANGE OF DELIVERY

2.2. Additive accessory
Submicrofilter - If higher level of air filtration is necessary, it is possible to add submicrofilter with filtration of 0.01µm to each mentioned set of filters and a filter with active coal for smell removal.

3. DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCT
(Fig.1) From the air nozzle the pressure air transfers through a set of filters to the appliance. Hereby the pressure air is removed of impurities by means of two-level filtration. (filter -regulator - 5 m , microfilter 0.3 m). Compressor without a drier – when using the filter sets the output pressure air is filtered and partly removed of humidity which is captured in the filter –regulator and microfilter with automatic release of condensed liquid (2). Compressor with a drier – delivers dry air through a set of filters where the outcoming pressure air is removed of impurities. If necessary, it is possible to close this valve manually by turning the valve to the left (1) and down / to the right– open / close this valve. The compressed air treated like this is suitable to be used everywhere where its parameters meet the given conditions.
4. INSTALLATION
4.1. Conditions for use
Set of filters can be installed and operated only in dry, well ventilated and dust-free areas, where ambient temperature is within the range of +5°C to +60°C.
Any other usage or usage over the given range is not considered to be the usage according to assignation. Manufacturer is not liable for damages implied from this. The risk is born only by operator / user.
During installation the use shall use delivered spare parts and comply with all valid safety regulations and standards.

4.2. Installation of product
Installation depends on the type of compressor: (Fig.2, Fig.3) If there are no holes, drill two holes 5,3 mm according to schemes fix and bolt a set of filters install a hose to the compressor fitting of compressor output install an output hose to the set of filters output Fig.2 DK50 2V

(Fig.4, Fig.5) 1. To label the points of openings for screws by attaching the band with the set of filters (1) to the
frame in compressor set pursuant to fig.4 or fig. 5. 2. To bore holes 4 x 4,0 at the labeled places. 3. To cut 4times x screw M5 on the frame of compressor set into the labeled openings in accordance
with point 1. 4. To assemble a slip with the set of filters to the frame using the screws M5x16 (2) washer (3,4).
5. MAINTENANCE
Repair works that exceed the framework of common maintenance can be performed only by qualified expert or customer service of manufacturer. Use only spare parts and accessories prescribed by manufacturer. Prior every work at maintenance or repair, switch off the compressor and disconnect it from mains (pull out mains plug). Prior the intervention, it is necessary to reduce air pressure in air chamber to zero and disconnect the appliance from mains.

5.2. Replacement of a filter bed in a filter-regulator
Fig.6 Loosen a safety-catch (1) on a filter regulator by pulling it down. Turn the container slightly (2) and pull out. Unbolt the filter holder (3). Change the filter bed (4), bolt the filter holder. Put the filter container on and secure it by turning it until the

5.3. Replacement of a filter bed in a mikrofilter

5.4. Condensate control
The filtration units for the compressor without a drier MONZUN are used the filter – regulator and microfilter with automatic release of condensed liquid. The activity of filter tank emptying shall be necessary to be controlled. After using filtration set without automatic sludge , ( compressors with drier MONZUN) the condensate is not captured in the filter tank. Shall the remains of the condensate appear in the tank, it shall be necessary to check the correct functioning of the dryer (call the service organisation). 6. LIQUIDATION OF THE APPLIANCE
Disconnect the appliance from mains. Release air pressure in pressure tank by opening the valve for condensate drain down . Liquidate the appliance according to local valid regulations. Order the sorting and liquidation of waste in specialized organization. Parts of the product after the end of its operating life do not have negative impact on environment.

7. INFORMATION ON REPAIRSERVICE
Guarantee and post-guarantee repairs are ensured by manufacturer or organizations and repairers denoted by the supplier.
Warning ! Manufacturer reserves the right to make changes on the appliance that however will have no impact on substantial characteristics of the appliance. 8. TROUBLESHOOTING
Prior the intervention to the appliance, it is necessary to reduce air pressure in air chamber to zero and disconnect the appliance from mains.
Activities regarding troubleshooting can be performed only by qualified service expert.
