workplace, their causes and know what can

be done to manage it effectively.

Help managers, team leaders and staff

create a positive working environment

through a range of strategies which can be

used to proactively prevent, manage and

defuse conflict in the workplace.

ABOUT US

As a Quality Award Centre through the Institute of

Conflict Management (ICM), NVC Awareness have

played a significant part in the introduction of the

National Occupational Standards for the Prevention

and Management of Work-Related Violence which are

designed to support the development of good practice

developed and reviewed in consultation with

employees, sector specialists and stakeholders and

awarding organisations. They are widely imported into

other suites of national occupational standards and

mapped to Awards and Development programmes.

Based in the South East of England we are able to

" I attended a study day on Positive Behaviour Support,

Lone Working and Breakaway Techniques. It was extremely informative

and gave me a better understanding both of my responsibilities as a Case

Manager to my support staff and my awareness of how to look after my own safety as a lone worker. Trevel is

skilled at presenting information in a lively and

engaging way. I would strongly recommend this training for other Case

Managers."
