ABOUT US
As a Quality Award Centre through the Institute of

National Occupational Standards for the Prevention
and Management of Work-Related Violence which are
designed to support the development of good practice

awarding organisations. They are widely imported into
other suites of national occupational standards and
mapped to Awards and Development programmes.

" I attended a study day on Positive Behaviour Support,
Lone Working and Breakaway Techniques. It was extremely informative
and gave me a better understanding both of my responsibilities as a Case
Manager to my support staff and my awareness of how to look after my own safety as a lone worker. Trevel is
skilled at presenting information in a lively and
engaging way. I would strongly recommend this training for other Case
